federal stage?

ok, let's see because based on the checklist of pr appliction under pnp in buffalo, it states there that police clearance may or may not be included unless requested during processing. this is what confuses me since i've stayed in another country for more than 6mos.

Oh yes u do have to send policer certificates from every country u have lived for more than 6 months since the age of 18.
How long ago did u apply for PNP? Did u apply for Manitoba PNP?

i've been alwys in touch with the pnp immigration and she said it's approved already. i am just waiting for it and my passport back with visa extension stamp.

now, it says on the checklist you may or may not include your pcc but must be able to send it upon request withing 120days set guidelines. so i can file it even without my pcc/ what do you think?

im not from manitoba. and pr applicants under provincial nominee states in general, not by province. for as long as you were nominted already, we're all the same as pr applicants category

Yes u can file without your PCC
But note that it is taking at least 5 months to get a file number from Buffalo. So if u were to send it before u get ur file number, theres a huge possibility that it will get lost.

I was thinking of sending mine without too but I just waited and sent everything together
