i have applied under spouse visa dis march ..
they assked ma pasport in april..till nw i have nt recieved ny info 4rm therm
status says dats its under process..nd medical has been recieved
m woried cos many ppl got their visa...m left...i thnk only one

The first rule is that not to compare your application with others. Each case in unique. You are still well under the time line, have patience.

i have no idea why they call me at interview but ya officer approved m interview....
now MY ECAS saying 'in process n medical results recieved'
STILL no passport with visa.... jst waiting for that

same status as mine...its like 4r month dat they hv asked ma passport...
my husband e mailed dm..nd after 20 days they replied dat file is still wd officer 4r review..
u knw ppl who aplied in april got their visas,,,only dis thng is trubling me alot

Well, sending emails were not effective as no response was ever received. Then a personal visit around June could only confirm that they have everything and nothing was needed. What my confusion is when exactly should 6 months be counted: From the time CPC-Mississauga receives the application OR the file gets transferred to CHC-ND. As per the CHC-ND website ( http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/family_class-regroupement_familial.aspx?lang=eng) the 6 months starts when CIC-M "accepts" the complete package. What does "accepts" mean? receive OR approve the application? |
