no PER yet, I didn't call because I know already how they will answer...so I send them an email asking my client ID and I am still waiting...
Hi my friends, if you all remember my case that its mentioned above, i was feeling very positive after your feedback and after every one assured me that CIO Review complete means PER, but yesterday I read in one of the forum the that a candidate who was having same like my case with CIO review complete case for almost a month, and did not get any email from them for PER or NER (same like me), his status changed suddenly to Decision made then he got NER email... I really feel bad now, and I feel that I did not just miss my PER email, but they did not send me anything yet in purpose.... If you have an opinion regarding this please help me |

My current e-cas status is 'RBVO'
Yesterday, I got a letter from my VO mentioning that it received my applications from CIO and also new file no. has been issued.
I guess it's the 2nd AOR. Am I right?
The letter also mentioned that a final assessment shall be done by VO whether or not the application is eligible for further processing.
So would VO decision be based on re-assessment of my all submissions at CIO (except PCC & MR) or it'll come I'll submit PCC, MR?

Yes, congratz! That's your 2nd AOR. They asses you with what they have. If they find that you are eligible then they will send you MR and PCC. But the background checks start from when you get "in process" and finish when they stamp your visa. So keep in mind that a VO could decline someone at any point of the procedure, but after MR you can feel far more safe. |

Friends, I have a situation here, my Wife is a PA and she received a new job offer and she will be joining in new job in 2 weeks, Currently our application is in RBVO status. I am planning to send a Cover Letter, New offer letter and Old job's experience letter to VO any other suggestions, good practice? Your suggestions are welcome!

If you change jobs you do have to send a letter to the vo, stating the change in job. This can trigger higher enquiries and they can ask for documents also... Spicy |

On 7th April the AOR from CIO Sydney was received, and on 5 May I saw the ecas status changed to 'Received by Visa Office' (Buffalo). Any idea till I get next AOR or medical request  |

Seriosly? I have been waiting since April 5th for my status to change to RBVO and nothing happen  My status still shows CIO-S Review Complete. Over two months passes already. I know I must be patient and everything but honestly I think it is taking way too long  Any thoughts, friends? Thank you, and lets keep praying |
