hi all, hi all, i was reading the thread 'london chc april to oct 2011' and was shocked to read nectar's post announcing the decision to hold post june 2010 applications until after sept 2011. the post says currently the priority is for post feb 2008 applications. please access the post at the below link. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/chc-london-from-april-2011-to-october-2011-t66389.0.html can we attribute the delay that the london applicants are facing currently to this decision? any one knows if this piece of info is true? looks like this applies to london vo only. pl share your thoughts. This is strange some people have been receiving letters directly from CIC stating that the instructions are to process the post june 26 2010 applications as those reflects the actual requirements of the country. Dear Seniors, kindly advise me,
My application was received by CIO on 20 April for NOC 7216, , till now I did not receive my PER!! i am very worried, i can see from the tracking sheet that many people whose applications were received even after 21 April are getting PER...
I have two questions:
1) What can I do?? do u suggest that i call them or send email or just wait... I am very worried.
2) If God Forbid, it is NER, will they send me an email informing me so or no??

 I have seen your post in several forums. Unfortunately, the answer is not different: You can wait or send an email, but mostly when they answer is an automatic reply and will not give you any detail, just will advice you to wait until they contact you. I know you feel anxious, but I will advice you to take a deep breath and try to relax. My best wishes for you. |

Hi Macking: I am sorry but it clearly states that IELTS MUST BE GENERAL for FSW applications. They will not accept ACADEMIC. Some people had emails (last Fall) advising them to get General IELTS done and once they supplied their marks their application continued. I don't know if they are still giving second chances to supply a General or not. You may want to send a query to CIO giving as much ID detail as you can about your application and ask them if this is a problem. Have you done a search in the box, top right corner on the forum page for IELTS and see what others have to say? All the best. |

Hi Guys,
I need your valuable comments. I did not send one out of my two PCCs from UK with my application as it was delayed in post. I received it 10 days after sending my application.
My UK PCC is dated 23rd of March and it will be three months old on the 22nd of June. My PER date is 28th of April but my e-cas status is still CIO ER Complete. And I do not think it will change to RBVO or whatever in next 4-5 weeks. I thought before if I hear anything from London VO then I will send my PCC without their request. But looks like I won't be hearing anything from London VO before 20th of June.
I do not want to waste my PCC and do not want another 120 days delay when they will request my PCC.
So what do you guys suggest. It is clear that still I have to send them PCC at later stage, but what do you say, specially;

thalia,
casayed,
usmansons,
deby,
jacky,
pippin,
mitz,
shah and all others.
