I took the risk now to avoid the risk of application been delayed.
You have to take risks to succeed.
You get a track of every thing and keep the proof safe nothing looses in this global village.
If your presentation is good the outcome is definitely is going to be good, CA are going to issue you Permanent immigration and they are going to trust then why not trust them.
We hear the cry more than we hear the laugh, so if you are focusing on NER do also focus on PER, because people get PER why? because all these things matter, proofs, originals or copies, presentation etc.

Do no worry about anything and every thing will be perfect.

ok  its  urs decision bt dont  encourage  others  to submit orginal certficates!!!u can  find  in  the cio  guide line which  must b  orginal and  which must b  notarized phtocopy,even they ddont ask  work contarct  orginal they  want notarized  photocopy .according to  the visa office ref u gave there is only orginal transcript wanted,not orginal certificates of graduation or post garduation.u can trust cio  bt  u cant trust the mail system.in  this  foum sometimes u can find  missing  application packages.so MY ADvice TO  ALL DONT  SUBMIT THE  ORGINAL IF IT  IS NOT DEMANDED BY CIO

I got NER yesterday from CIO and they said they were not satisfied regarding my arranged employment letter. They said it wasn't specified permanent in my letter. They are going to send my refund in 8-12weeks. Do u i have any idea how long does it take for them to send back my documents? Are they going to send it back to my lawyer? Actually my lawyer told me to reapply again, get another letter from my employer with a new format. I need your advice... do i have to apply again, get another letter from my employer but i dont know when can we submit my application again coz my documents still with the CIO.  Or do i have to wait till january of next year to apply for CEC. next year of February 8, i will be completing my 2 years skilled position here in canada, which i am qualified for CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS. As we all know that processing time for CEC is only 11 months. What do u think? If i apply through FSW with arranged employment again, probably we can submit my papers probably june coz we still have to wait for my documents from CIO, and then i will be getting response from them probably july. Then, they will transfer my documents to buffalo. As we all know buffalo processing time is taking so long and it say's 17 months. if i go with CEC, end of january 2012 we can submit my application and wait for 11 months. I NEED YOU ADVICE... PLEASE HELP ME...

Although i am Oct 2010 applicant and my VO is Singapore, as a Champion member,I feel the urgency to clarify some doubts regarding sending documents whether original or notarized photocopy. Please note that any kind of misleading info will be harmful for upcomming applicants:

Common rule for all London VO applicants:
Do not send originals unless otherwise stated. Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates,IELTS,transcript which must be originals.

But if you are pakistani national:
Send original copy of:
 - birth certificate,
 -marriage certificate
 -Transcript
 -PCC
 -IELTS

Please note that degree/diploma certificates must be notarized photocopy (not original)

One question though boys and girls... from what I read around in the forum, the e-cas status updates once a week? or am I under the wrong impression?
And since I'm at it..... AOR equals PER from the VO? Or their eligibility review comes much after the AOR?

Hi Thalia,

Yes e-cas status updates once a week, which in on Tuesday.

At the VO stage the application to be eligible it takes from 6- months so AOR means they have received the application and not started processing yet, and from your review and meaning of PER means every thing is fine and perfect, but for the visa office AOR does not mean this.
The PER from Visa Office means you have your passports with you with visas stamped on them.

yes I got per after 32 days,u may have it within7 april,they wil inform u via email.my application sent on 24th  march per by email on 26th april,good luck
