DM - Decision Made  - is a status when one is about to receive Passport back(With/Without visa)

 and

GCMS - Global Case Management System  - is a status which you can order through various sources to know the status of you application.

Thank you spyder for your clarification.
After PPR, there is still a chance to receive your passport without the visa?
Why would they ask for PPR if the decision is not yet made?

Oh yah!!!!! an asset of our thread got his MR and that's so cheering, Am so happy for you Prince and your long wait pays off.. Keep fit and drink a lot of milk(skimmed),,, avoid salty,spicy and sweet foods and you can do it bro!! Wink Wink

Hey Canada100; Medical Received Line was received later after In Process, I had only the IP showing: Your application is on Process and being reviewed. A month and half after My Medical was received by VO, I had a new line added"Medical Received".  I hope this clears your doubts. And as I said before don't worry about that, your application is going through, expect PPR anytime now, I hope soon, very soon Wink Wink Wink

Did you send your passport to Warsaw yet?
It should take around two weeks to get it back with the Visa on it as far as I know.

By the way, what's your status say on Ecas?

Yes, yes, yes ... I sent passport to Warsaw the same day I received request. My status is "In Process" and no updates since Medicals raceived by Warsaw Visa Office.

Did you send it in form of a check to the General ....... From a canadian bank Directly to Warsaw ?

I don't remember any particular example to state here on that situation but I think it's possible depending on lot of circumstances. Your point is right that they do all due diligence and then only request PPR so there are very less chances of rejection but you never know Smiley
