There is nothing we can do Infiant other than just waiting. Keep the fingers crossed and hope for the best. Is any March 2011 applicant still left with PER other than me and wicky?  @ Thalia :- Yups Thalia eagerly waiting for any mail from the CIO.. One of myfriend also went to main branch of the bank but they are saying they are unable to say whether his bank draft is encashed or not!!!!luckily I didnt used that bank.my bank was kind enough to disclose the information.bythe way spicy did u applied by ur self??did u write ur visa office correctly?did u sign and date even ur spouse and children over age of 18 completed their background decleration and additional family information form and signed?u knw 1st time I did the mistake and it was returned to me after 1month 8 days.THnx to Allah this time still now evrything went smoothly.hope u didnt make an mistakes during filluping the form |

I have applied as a single applicant and my lawyer had helped me in filling up my form and other docs, so i dont think any mistakes might have been done, i am actually fearing whether they have dumped my file and forgotten or what. Thanx a lot Casayed. I have applied as a single applicant and my lawyer had helped me in filling up my form and other docs, so i dont think any mistakes might have been done, i am actually fearing whether they have dumped my file and forgotten or what. But i would still wait after 6 weeks i can enquire with them.. Spicy.... did u use your personall email id? or lawyer emil id?hey one of my frnd from nepal applied in novembr by a consultancy firm.its 5 month bt no news still now.even her bank darft wasnt encashed yt,bt her lawyer giving 100percent gurranty that she wil have fle no soon!!!I told her to give pressure to her lawyer bt she isnt paying attention tome she is beleiving her lawyer.as he said 100percent of application approval though its 5 month no news of bank darft encashment and per.!!!!!and she is reluxed as her lawyer assured her!!! |

So i Sent in my application from NY on March 9th. Somehow i think they got it either around the 12th or the 21st. but I think it might have been the 21st of march for some reason. My card got charged on april 12 (lol my bday) and my AOR was sent. How long do you guyz think we'll wait?

Hi, I think you can claim 24 points if you can provide proof for proficiency of language in both English and French, if you need 16 points you can provide either English or French which ever you are comfortable with. If you are applying for Quebec PNP or any other visa for Quebec then you need to prove your proficiency in French. I hope it answers your question. If you need further information Seniors may give more details. |
