There is not really a way to ask for an extension.
That's why they initially recommend you send the pccs along with the app. If you don't then you need to be prepared.
But if you need from more than one country, you can send them what you have in hand and tell them you already applied for a pcc from the x country, you are waiting, and you will send it as soon as you receive it. I don't think they will create you a problem with it, it will only delay you a bit more.

Thanks Thalia for your reply. What I did is that I sent my PCC application to Australia on 7/6, and when I contacted them, they told me you need to send another one. I guess after your reply I dont have any problem because I am gonna send them the Copy of my application.... Wish you all the best Thalia. By the way, have you got any new news !!? my address disappeared again on 2nd august .............last tym my address disappeared on 13th july n came back on 23rd july without any progress....im in process since 30th march 2011.........can anyone plz tell abt this second tym disappearnce of address..

No spicy , i did not get any ,
Initially i got a mail on 27th june from CIC stationg that my file is going to be transferred to Visa office, and after a long wait 40 days, my file reached visa office and , on 2nd of this month status has been changed to RBVo. But i did not receive any 2nd AOR, what is this wen will we get . , plz let me know

My 2nd aor letter was dated on 23rd june and i was RBVO on 2nd june So i think you should get your 2nd aor within 3 weeks time. S[icysank No spicy , i did not get any ,
