THANK GOD! my address is back and as expected, no change in the status. Still RBVO after 112 days from the PER date and 75 days from RBVO...

guys do not need to worry.... we all are waiting from a long time... addresses are disappering it is good... some of us are getting queries as mine....good as we are in process and theyy will make into INPROCESS later if they satisfied with our answers.... so be happy and congrats for all those are queue and in near by so....mast raho mouj karo.... man this is the only time to enjoy the life in india as i am doing (hope most of will agree as i am ready to spend 50K+ dollors there as investment for good and secure business..) planning to buy gas+hotel there... can invest more if any one there to consult..... may give the fee too......

Really? So long and doesn't change to RBVO?
But really, you shouldn't worry at all. No VO would send an AOR without receiving the application itself. E-cas is known to have bugs. Relax and don't pay attention to the status there. Only thing is that you can't know for sure when they will start processing your file, since your e-cas seems to have some update issues.
Yes!! Really!!! The same. Checked just now. No change. Today's 23rd. May tomorrow's e-cas updation throw some light on Monday on my status too. I am more curious to check if my e-cas's working than my case itself...  So far no calls to my employers. Let it happen the way God is steering it. Thank God you are all there to give that healing touch when someone's in mental pain...Good weekend all better luck next week!!!!! |

my address also disappeared yesterday, but today came back without any changes , and still im in to ERC , ecas not changed to RBVO atleast , wat shud i do thalia , plz suggest me , as i got a email stating that my file got positive review , and they said they are sending it it visa office in the mail, that mail i got on 27th june , but till now no change in ecas status,, ?
Hi phani, did NDVO send you an AOR or not just yet? If not, then I would make an e-mail to them asking about the process of my application. Don't mention that you are not RBVO yet. Just say that you've been PER for x days and that you are waiting for them to send you an AOR. Let's see what they will reply. If they have your file there then they can your status. Or let's hope that they don't just use your Appl.N. to see your e-cas! Nah, I doubt it... they check their own records according to your Appl.N. Hope they won't tell you that they have no record of you yet. |

yeah i recieved a paper with from ND VO had some queries about my previous employers... i answered them with notarized copy of proof ...rest status is same yet RBVO... hope to hear from them soon.... how about you?? |
