my application was received 24th march bd encashed 4th april bt no  per  email still now lil bit tensed

Don't worry give them another 7-10 days or in other words wait another 7-10 days.
They are human beings not machines to be patience and polite

by grace of jesus and belessing of easter i have recived my PER Today my application reviced in cio at 25 march 2011 and my bank draft encashed in 29 march according to cio and 7 april according to the bank who issued the draft my noc is 3112 i wish all who apply to receive per as me

Hi Wicky,

It takes same amount of time. CIO decides at the same time whether application is PER or NER.

Did any one receive any reply (PER/ NER) from CIO,

I have a question, that does NER takes the same time as PER?

Just Found this Thread and please to tell that i am also march 2011 applicant, my confusing consultant didnt exactly told me the submittion date but told me his CC charged on 30th March 2011, but still didnt recieved any PER, hope rcv it after easter holidays? btw me also under FSW 2 category, NOC-0611 , now keep finger crossed that what will happen! Submitted all docs with the application,

Now someone tell me encashing of BD or CC charge means you are eligible for Further process, as i think this fee is refundable if you even not eligible?

bd encash means u have completed all the forms correctly it wont b returned for incompleteness and all the required documents are submitted bt that doesnot confirm u ill  get per u may also get ner(hope not)

after encashing they will study  ur  douments will give the decision.mostprobably positive bt also chance of  negetive bt it wont b returned for incompleteness if ur  bd is encashed coz  ur application was completely filluped

Yes, there is an exactly same example also in the spreadsheet,but they is no rule when it comes to it. You might be of the unlucky with 180 days before PER or with the lucky with 30 days.
As it looks though, applicants who sent their app recently, get their PER much faster than those who applied in the beginning e.g September. Let's hope for the best outcome for all of us. One week more or one week less won't make a difference

It doesn't have to do with the NOC but with the en-cash date more or less. No worries and all March applicants will know in 1-2 weeks what's going on...

I saw in one thread, for estar  sunday one of canadan embassy will  b closed upto 25 march,  is  it true for CIO,CA??if  its correct then we  wont get any news before 26 or 27 march

U can make  inquiry after 6week otherwise they wont reply.when  my application was returned 1st time  I make inquiry by email  bt they didnt answer me.bt luckily  i got  back my application package before 6 weeks.u have to go main banch of  ur bank.I heard main branch receive the  information about foreign bd.even when I went to my bank  they called main branch and  I was sitting infront of  them,they collectd the news via mobile  ph.can u  go to ur main branch @ spicy
