just tell me why do u think so, others on this forum are saying even ner applicants are getting a file number and an e-case telling them ER complete!!!!!
actually I thought its written there positive eligible review completed bt its true u cant b sure untill u get email or ur status changed into RBVO, bt don't b upset even who gets NER he get email or letter explaining the coz. u haven't got ne ner /per email or letter so u cant b sure that u got per/ner. NE 1 here who got NER can enter into eCAS??? |

hi all again, i checked my e-case, the status mentioned is " Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete " when i clicked the link it is mentioned: "We received your application for permanent residence on April 21, 2011. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 1, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." is this considered as a PER as I did not receive till now any email or letter saying PER and also it not mentioned in the e-case that it is a PER?  please advise CONGRATS BRO ...........I told u PER is on the way......... |

Since London doesn't issue AORs, you should expect your status to become "in process" in June and then hopefully get a MR 1-2 months after that. But bear in mind that London is a tricky VO with many time-frames to vary among applicants.

You are right Thalia...now i might get delayed cause i will be transferred to work in Saudi arabia...im based now in abu dhabi...but boss might re-assign me to KSA as we have new project there...omg....what to do yani??? |

im really not sure why...but i think they are checking our application in a case to case basis..when i submitted my docs last march i sent all the documents needed including PCCs (UAE and Philippines)...im a sole applicant and my civil status is single... so it depends on the complexity of our case...as you knw a lot of factors are being considered actually... |

Thanks alot Hi April, Looks like you don't have faith and trust on you or your good luck. Once you applied you applied to get your visa. And in your case I think you applied but not to get a visa so to get an NER, Have faith man and pray for better in the future because your application is approved at this stage and the harder time is on its way. SO try to face what it is. It is your PER. Same thing happened. They sent me an email saying waiting review by another Immigration Officer (May be at visa office stage) and then I checked e-cas which was CIO-EC Complete. This means your application is with or on the way to VO. Chill up. Wicky |
