Dear all,

Today its been a month my application has rcvd by the CIO. But still no response. And secondly I was just going thru my application photo copies, when I found that I had made a small mistake in one of my form called IMM0008egen "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada." I completed every required field with complete info and every Not applicable field with N/A. But in one section after question no. 20 "Details of Family Members" I filled only two columns for my wife and one daughter and left the 3rd Column blank and I even didnt write N/A on any of it. Ijust made this mistake only in this Form. And I am sure my application will be sent back because of this mistake. This is the only one mistake I did. I need your suggestions about this. Was that column important to be filled by N/A or is it ok I left it blank? I am so tense about it. The rest of my application was ok and supporting documents were complete.

I dont think  it will cause  problem.what about ur bank draft  it  must b encashed by this time.i think  u may get  per  within 1week,keepan eye on ur  email inbox as well as  junk  box

by the way in case of schedule 1 form and additional family information u  must complete  3 set  of form one  for u,one  for  spouse,one for daughter if  she is more than 18 and each  family member must complete and sign their own form

I dont think  it will cause  problem.what about ur bank draft  it  must b encashed by this time.i think  u may get  per  within 1week,keepan eye on ur  email inbox as well as  junk  box

Well Wicky I applied from Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Visa Office London, Bank Draft Issuer is NCB National Commercial Bank. My application was received by CIO on 05 April 2011.

Thanx Casayed for ur quick and nice response. I also think it shouldnt cause any prblm but I am concerned as u know sometimes small mistakes create in weird result. Well me and my spouse completed all the forms that were required to be filled by both of us. And my daughter is only 8 months old.

there are some  spaces  which must not b blank like---national id card no  if  u dont have  dont leave blank write-n/a,military serveice--write  none if  u  keep it blank it wl cause prblm,memebr of  organaisation-none if u  keep blank such  vital information  they will .suspect u r trying to hide information,bt  what u did  no one  will suspect that u  r hiding any information.so  dont worry u  havent done any gross mistake which may cause u problem

Sorry I wrote None in the forms. Actualy I am so confused about my Generic Form that N/A is revolving and Rotating in my mind. As somewhere u've to write None somewhere N/A. In this column I think I had to write N/A but I just didnt care and now I am tense about that as also no response frm CIO and I dont know my Draft is encashed or not. Atleast If I get to know that the draft is encashed then I'll be fine that my application is atleast accepted and will be forwarded to VO. Rest is upon VO.

You can go to National Commercial Bank and ask them whether your draft has been encashed or not, if they are unable then go to the Head Office of NCB or get their phone number and ask them, because these banks don't have branches in Canada and they have accounts in Canadian Banks so they issue the drafts and money is credited from the account but that money goes into the Canadian Bank they have account with and then CIO is paid on request from that Canadian bank.

So try to go to your Bank and request them. I applied on 29th of March but still no reply. I even cannot find out about my BD impossible.

Hello Guys when the talk is going on of mistakes let me too ask the question.My friend includes the photographs but didn't write the names on the backside.may it cause some serious problem like returning the application.He is really worried abt it
