My documents reached CIO on March 2, 2011.
I think its a good idea to share the time line for all the the applicants of March 2011.

Keep in your mind , number of the applicant in March 2011 still small (we are in the beginning of March ).

So try always to keep your thread in the 1st page , update your page , but always use useful information to move your thread.

can anyone help please!! i have completed all the forms but yet to dispatch as i am yet to take the language test. i will have to wait till june to take this test as all the slots have been taken. My question...Do i go ahead and submit form to canada without the language test. i would like to submit my form before the next immigration review. anybody been in my situation before?

well i guess they'll not start to review incomplete applications, or worst your application will be returned.

I am almost ready with the Documents as per Checklist of CIO & VO. I was just wondering how exactly should I courier it? Can anyone of you please share your experience?

Options I have:
- Take one File and Place all documents one by one as per Checklist and keep Checklist and Coverletter at the top  (File sample: staples.com/Smead-Reinforced-Kraft-Fastener-Folders-Letter-3-Tab-Positions-1-3-50/product_336323?cmArea=SC1:CG15:DP1453:CL142832)
or
- Take a file which have Tags and and put set of documents in each separate tab. ( example: staples.com/Smead-Pressboard-End-Tab-Classification-Folders/product_SS783514?cmArea=SC1:CG15:DP2247:CL142836 ) I think this will be easy for Immigration officer to check documents.

If you have send your documents by any other better way then also please let me know.

No.  You have to submit it the language test with your application or else your documents will be return to you.

You need to send your IELTS language score report along with application and visa office documents.
Or else your application would be returned to you as incomplete.
Some one could share their views if they have done with out IELTS score report and got accepted.

I went with option 1.  I didnot use any file. I arranged all the documents orderly as per CIC and VO office checklist. Placed CIC checklist as cover letter at the top and VO office check list as cover letter on top of rest of VO documents.
I placed all documents in a large size (suitable to my documents size) postal envelope and mailed it.

good luck with your aplication. Could you pls help me with a  few queries. I was planning to apply under FSW earlier but abandoned it after Jun 26 changes, as there were lot of confusion on the new chnages. I hope now things are settled and wanted to consider applying again.

1) Do we still need to send the appln to CIO  with all copies ?
2)Is system managers still in the skilled list
3)I've taken my ielts in august 2010 and got a valid score. How long its valid?
4) Do I need to send PCC with intial appln for CIO.(Its a  pain I wanted to avoid in the intial stage as I need it form 6 countries where I've stayed)
5)Is the '1000 applicaions per category for a year' done away with ?

[seeking for a kind guidance.I have recieved my 2AOR on 4th MAr 2011 which was issued on 28-Feb-2011 On 08-Mar-2011 my estatus shows "In Processing" and inside prosessing detail is as under: "We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you" Does 2AOR means according to the documents me is qualified now authetication of the documents to be checked? waiting for your valuable comments. With regards
