Dear brother i got in process status exactly after remaining six months at received by visa office stage. And i think u will get in process status at the start or at the end of feb 2011. By the way did u send ur original educational certificates or photocopies of ur credentials. And yes i am from pakistan living in sialkot.

Dear Naveed...
I just send copies of all my required documents along with my original ILETS, Birth certificates (both spouse and I) and marriage certificate, as it's written on CHC London list. I received my PER in end of, June 2011, and RBVO in mid of July 2011. Since then I replied nothing except stand mail by CHC London that my file is awaiting for review by VO.
I am still not sure for your prediction as many people particularly Pakistanis are in RBVO position since 9 month to PER. What's your opinion and chance of any rejection or stepping down after getting PER as per new policy? Thanks for your reply.

Don;t worry Chc london will not reject ur application as u have recevied positive eligibility from cio.  From here your status will go directly to in process just wait. when did u send e.mail to london visa office last time ? it takes probably six months time to get in process status after receiving per from cio but i know many others who are not from pakistan are waiting for in process status for more then six months so just relax .

It is erroneous to assume that PER from CIO means VO will automatically a accept the application too. They do their own eligibility check as well and there have been occasions where people got rejected cos of one or two reasons. That is not to say that is the case for Kali though.

Many Thanks "CASAYED" for kind reply & help.

My wife went to Egypt just for medical training (no job, no occupation) and for interrupted intervals (1 month, then 2 & ½ months, then 5 months, over a period less than one year) and now she is with me in Yemen for the last 4 months, so I will follow you advice and I will send them an explanation letter supported by the necessary documents together with the PCCs & RPRV.
thanks again my friend & I wish you all the best.

Mandie

I am agreed with Mandie, its perhaps your file 70% through, after PER, like your complete documents and points calculation as per CIO.. But yes remaining part like Medical (some time people fail at this stage too) and all, normally address seriously by VO. my only concern to know, what are the chances even then to get rejected... I heard nothing about the language score does impact to any category, like I know one architect through by blood relations and 5.5 ILETS score, and now in Canada. So light on that as well...
thanks

Dear Naveed ..
I just ask the standard inquiry and received the standard reply that my file is awaiting review by the visa officer... That means my file even not touched by VO. It's a month back reply and my e-case is still RBVO... in all time my address not disappeared for a single time...

i just sent them the notarized photocopies of all academic and work documents apart from the original IELTS score card. They didn't ask me for anything wth the medicals, except t fill out the background declaration forms for me and my wife again. I presume these forms have changed so thay wanted the new forms. I don't know if they will ask me for any other documents lateron, may be before or during PPR.
