Thank you and i sincerely hope we can move ahead together...my employer has still not got any calls. Just they asked me again for my PCC from New Zealand a month ago and I supplied it. Now, I got the email from my agent on Sunday, confirmed it with them on Monday. Ecase still says in process. My agent says the immigration doesn't do verifications if the documents are complete with sound proof of employment. Apart from the letters and employment contarct, I had as well submitted copies of pay slips etc. May be that helped. Or may be they do the verifications after the medicals stage. No idea how it works. Please let me know if you hav a clue. Good luck

sorry, u asked me about the letter. The MR is dated 13the Dec which is a surprise,but my agent in Delhi received it on 9th Jan (I could see their received stamp). Now the time limit is 11th Feb as the letter says 60days from issue date. I need to put on my racing shoes...let us see

verification is done rarely,if any confusion arise  or randomly done.

Guys , on priority i need a information i,e 

 i have sent my PP,RPRF,MED to CHC on 24th of NOV, But what  thing is that , my wife is pregnant and she is in 4th month, but in medicals she has not underwent X ray as is not advised by Gynecologist , and we told the concerned doctor who done my medicals that she is pregnant and we dont want to do x ray, and we have submited a letter from Gynecologist ,

After all i got a letter from CHC that she has to under go Chest X ray.

So,finally she has to under go X ray, for this i came to know there is a option like  Double LED protection Sheets, is this preferable or is this way also harmfull to the baby inside,

PLz let me know and share , suggest me what to do next .

PLZ anyone know what to do in this istuation plz plz plz let me know ASAP. will be waiting for replies guys.......

I've the same story and same question. As per my case its been 8 months now and still my status is RBVO. But this is not my concern as it takes time. For my elder brother it took approx more than year for the medicals and year for them to land. But the London VO sent an email to the employerlong time before medicals as far as I remember may be 3 months before meds. We both brothers have a same employer but in my case they still didnt contact the employer and its gonna be a year when I applied in March. I am now concerned about my case these days as there is no news at all and no update in the status. I dont want to send a query before 9 months of receiving the file by VO. Even I sent the complete docs like contracts, pay slips and offer letter.... etc. If it was accepted by CIO then there shouldn't be any problem but God knows. So tense and worried. what should I do? Kindly suggest.

Hey man we share approx same timelines. I sent my docs last year on 29 March, 2011. They were rcvd by CIO, Sydny Nova scotia on 5th April, 2011. They sent me PER on 6th May, 2011 and it was friday. When my status was changed to RBVO, it was also friday 26 or 27 May,2011. From that day till now no news  . Which date u rcvd ur medicals?

What are the chances of rejection if we received the PER,,, any chance for rejection? what percent our file is OK to getting Medical request after getting PER form CIC.. I am also a silent viewer of this forum. Waiting for reply all..
