i can provide sal slips but would not be able to provide form 16 after feb 2010.Thats worrying.If in case they ask for the form 16,it will be upto only feb 16.

In that case kindly don't provide as I have heard don't left open end while submitting your documents.

Pls go ahead with salary slips only also take suggestion from seniors on this forum.

hi canadian4u.

i can provide I.T returns as nowhere it will be mentioned that the tax is upto  so & so period.it will be only mentioned ----assessment for the year 2010-2011.will this help me.

Hi

I have Total 4 year of exp out last 6 year  but when I have 2 year GAp in between as , I went to UK on HSMP and did not get a Job for 2 years.I mean 2 year GAP in employement .

But I came back to India and got a Job now , I want to apply for canada PR on 0213

Now the qus is , ll they count my past 6-2 = 4 year exp to award point

Or I have to work for continiously 4 year again to gain point for exp to apply for CANADA

you will get points for 4 year of experience.

oints are awarded for all the time period you work in past 10 years for a noc code

One more doubt

If go to Canada for one year study

HI ,my friend is  on dependent visa in Canada as his wife is here on student visa for three year.

Can he take addmission in college without giving IELTS test as he  already has Master's degree.
 Or he need to go back to country of origin and do IELTS and apply for student VIsa from there ?

Please advise !
