 @ Nadella - I am also following the forum since long and have seen one case similar to your situation but later the applicant got the PR. This hapenned due to some technical error due to which the message is showing. CHC is not responding due to work load upon them and they hardly give attention to the calls/emails.

So pls don't worry you will get your PR in some days. God is great!!!!

 would u plz tell me in detail what all documents to be sent to new delhi office .
as far as i know ---birth certificate,passport copy,educational certificates,marks sheet ,degree certificate,ORIGNAL TRANSCRIPT IN A SEALED UNIVERSITY ENVELOPE,offer letter/apprisal & releiving letter,ORIGNAL IELTS,ORIGNAL PCC'S,LETTER FROM BANK SHOWING SETTELEMENT FUNDS,& 6 PHOTOS.
i have a doubt i had sent my application to canada & recvd aor .They asked me to send my application with all my documents to delhi .I want to ask should i send the new application forms again with signatures or  i need to send the xerox of the application form that i had sent to canada.plz reply if i have to send anything other than this.

 @ my_lib - Also attach salary slip for last 03 month, Form 16 & I. Tax returns for last03 yrs. For funds it would be better if you arrange for a C.A statement which shows your worth.

Yes you need to send fresh forms along with docs. Ensure these forms are current dated and original.

I am working as Finance Manager, my application is wid CIO-NS for noc 0111, soon I hope to hear frm them. Can you please advise me about salary package. Does VO see the salary package and it matter in success. My salary is blow 45000, is it ok for my success.

 @ discreet - No only your roles & resposibilites will fetch you PR status. Salary is nowhere applicable. But just to show that funds is coming from org to you. also salary slips carries details like your emp id and date of joining to further strengthen your case

thanks for prompt reply. it means that I sould not wory about my salary package.
Can you give me detailed idea about role & respomsibilties of Finance Manager. My boss can sign JD as it is good for my case.

 @ discreet - Yes salary is not an issue while filing for PR but yes we need to show the minimum required funds in our bank account.

For job duties - Kindly refer to cic.gc.ca. Try to get the same on company letter head duly signed by your immediate boss(Original) along with business card of the person signing the letter.

HI GUys can you add me to your list application sent to CIO 1st March 2010 recieved 8th March 2010 AOR recieved 27th April 2010 full docs sent to London CHC 10th May 2010 awaiting 2nd AOR many thanks and good luck 2 all those still waiting 1st AOR

Thanx 4 ur response. I have a problem,I have quit the company in Feb10,so I have the form 16 upto feb 2010.I havent mentioned in the application that i quit.I have sufficient funds in my account that is as much required for the pr purpose..what do I do,plz reply,

We can provide that also. Else we need to take the suggestion from seniors on this forum

but in the checklist that is from delhi office nowhere it is mentioned that form 16 or sal slip should be submitted.

I have told by my friend(who already got PR) that this will improve the genuiness of the application. So we must provide relevant data as much as possible.
