no they don't wait, i think they process in batches...based on the memo issued they have to be able to process an application within a 1 year timeframe...

what r the documents we have to send?
whether police clearence(PCC) should be sent along with final application?

I plan to. Include as much documents as possible. That will strengthen our case , i believe.

I received an email today from CIO with my file No and recommendation to submit a complete application to my local VO!

hope you all will be doing great and busy in collecting papers for VO.
Through this write up, I am putting a query infront all of you and I will be honored, if you all give me a valuable solution.

My application been delivered to CIC-NS on April 29, 2010 for FSW. I just noticed two mistakes in my IMM 0008 (Application for permanent Residence in Canada), as I have mentioned VISA office ISLAMBAD-PAKISTAN, but it has been changed to LONDON UK from April 1, 2010. And at number 20, I have filled up MONTREAL-QUEBEC. Also have not entered passport detail for my Spouse and for my child, as both are not ready yet (passport application in process).

PLease suggest me, should I need to update CIC-NS with corrections, if yes then please advise me how?

Visa office will not probably an issue as the process was recently initiated, but i am worried about the Quebec choice, as applications to Quebec follow the QSW process. Maybe not an issue.
The problem  is you will only be able to re apply and not update the existing application.

I am also wondering the same thing. What if for some reason the credit card transaction did not go through or was denied, will they reject/return the application or notify me to send the payment using another method like a draft? Please advice guys. What are the chances that they might return the whole application for this?
