hello ala_espange,
when CIO returned your forms, how long did you receive your documents?
I too, just realize that I forgot to include processing payments for my 3 dependent children.
I really hope they would just inform me to send additional payments, so it will not cause too much delay on my assessment.
i think you will get your complete document and says that.. we havent saved your any information. if u want to reapply..send complete document along with this letter. i think this might be the situation, for such issues. time depends on your city. they send by normal post. it can take time. |

Hello, Theres no telling when your application will be coming up but it might be really soon, estimated duration is between 45 to 60 days. Your qualifications do support a waive of Ielts but that depends on how much points you require for language, if its 10 or less then in my opinion ur good to go but if you require more, then that'll depend on the Immigration Officer's discretion. I live in the USA and I would like to get some guidance regarding IELTS, I strongly feel that I would not need it, as I have studied
1) Masters in India in English,
2) Masters in Belgium in English,
3) Masters in USA in English,
4) Had Toefl with over 250 when I first planned to study here in the US
5) I work here for a Fortune 500 company.
I really do not want to take IELTS but would prefer to write about my qualification and background, so I am just hoping if any of you guys would suggest otherwise!
Thanks finally for your help and would appreciate if you can post when you received communication about your acceptance or rejection from CIC.

Hmm thats 14 points for you i think. Is the delay in AOR because of the layoff that happened at CIO? Or is it because the new NOC list is coming in few days? I guess we might start seeing activity from 5 th onwards BTW when did you take your IELTS? i did mine on april 17th. |

@ meanne just i need 12 points for language proficiency , i got 14................(remaining points i am getting from others....age, qualification, exp., & adaptability). @ kris905 I took IELTS on 10th April, 2010........hope u will get a good result too  thanks |

Hye every one, I previous applied on NOC 2171 on May 2008 and refusal although the list hasnt come that time ,and got refusal email after 1.5 years and didnt get the cheque return as well although they have mentioned to return it within 8-10 weeks , Any senior can help me out as what should I do get my chque, I have used all modes of communication but no response neither Canada nor from Islamabad, I got married and a baby child now , Can any one tell that which NOC as i should apply now , as my currect job title is "Category Manager" in an IT firm for last years , Sep 2008
