I did some formatting on columns and rows. It is not easy (hit and miss) to get the columns straight. I tried on one row and one column then try to add little by little until desire appearance is achieved. You may quote my last post with the table so you can also see the formatting done. Thanks and hope you get your AOR soon. We are also hoping that we will receive ours, too.

Would you please give feed back on what educational docs to be sent to CHC
1) Either Original degrees or notarized copies of the degrees?
You can send original but notarized is also acceptable

2) What about Transcripts in university sealed envelopes? can we get it here in Pakistan?
Some Universities do provide them here in Pak, i asked the Registrar of my university and they have no problem in doing so, if you cannot do so then provide an explanation for it.

3) Shall we have to send Metric and FA certificates and transcripts as well? Soem one wrote here that we need to send just the post secondary educaional docs. While in the Background dec i think everyone has mentioned Metric ad Inter and the guide says we need to rovide supporting docs for al the things claimed. Then how come we dont send Metric and FA
London office requires Post-secondary education documents only, but for your personal satisfaction there is no harm in providing notarized copies of Matric & Inter.

For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
•Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas;
•College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;
•Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes.
•Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

Well appreciate your response.
I have been to Punjab University a couple of days ago and happened to discuss a clerick from the concerned department.
This is what he explained
According to him one has to first apply for Degree Verification
After verifying the degree the university issues a letter
Then take that letter to the registrar alongwith photocopies of the transcripts and he shall sign and attest these and thsi is WHAT IS CALLED Transcripts in university sealed envelop.
On inquiring he said no there is no such thing as duplicate transcripts and the registrar would not attest the original transcripts that you already have as if he does so they shall become bogus.
God knows what is right i am just sharing what happened on my end.
Better approach i think is to send the original transcripts+notarized copies of the degrees

though CHC has mentioned in checklist that transcripts should be in university sealed envelop but what i believe, for them it is required to check either the transcripts are real or not so if we send our original transcripts with notarized dgrees than it'll meet their requirement,,,, i am doing same in my case...

Sent mine on March 29th to CIO Canada. My card is yet to charged as at today. Does it mean it will take the 2-3 months of first AOR for the card to be charged?

Do you mean you have deposited the money for the fee on the card today, or that your money from the card have been withdrawn?

Dear Chami,

From where and when did you send your application to Sydney? Did you track your application? Regular post usually takes a bit long, i know people in this forum who sent their application from Pakistan to Sydney NS, in late Feb and according to the tracking details, from mid March it is still stuck at Customs Clearance Canada.

My card has been charged on April 14th, I went to the bank and got a statement, I saw with my own eyes that Immigration Canada- Nova Scotia withdrew the fee, but still no email from them. Should I worry?

You may if you want, But there are cases it took up to 4 weeks for the AOR after the credit card was charged.

dont worry,,mine cc was charged on 8th april, i got email AOR on 20th april. wait just few days more n start collecting other doc. good luck
