Initial application sent Oct 22, 2009 to Nova Scotia, received Oct 27 by Intake Office.  Initial approval received Jan 6, 2009, and sent my complete application packet  March 16, 2010, Visa Office Manila received March 24, 2010 and as per Ecas application is in pending review. In his Time...

i have another question , maybe after waiting coming reject my application or no way?

as long as u have 67 points no need to worry for rejection of your case.....................getting AOR(fiel no.) is depends on that reaching or getting of 67 points only (in the first stage I hope), if u have any doubts of or thinking of any rejection provide more supporting docs. and proofs in your 2nd stage (after getting AOR) then it will be fine.

i made payment throught HSBC Bank DD, yesterday i phoned the bank they are saying that they can not check whether my DD is en-cashed (charged)   or NOT. (they said I should call CANADA Branch ridiculous)

do any body knows, how can we check our DD is en-cashed or NOT?

Relax guys! Based on others experience it will take another 10-20 days before this group sees some movement. I can understand the anxiousness, but dont bother the banks, save a bank run for yourselves and maintain your Blood Pressure. Save your inquiry and good will for a later date. In the meantime enjoy the home country, visit favourite places, spend time with parents, family & friends. Later these things become very premium, long & far.

hi friends, as i already told u i had applied in FSW in august 2009 but my case was refused from new delhi visa office because of insufficient marks. Now i hav reapplied. Can anyone tell me that my processing fees of previous csae is refundable or not? If it is refundable then to whom should i need to contact to CIC canada OR to CIC new delhi?Plz guide me.i alreday sent one request pplication to new delhi visa office but still i didnt get any rply from them.

the first time u applied, u got initial acceptance from CIO nova scotia, and hence the processing fee was charged, and hence u can't get that fee back.
