There has been lot of activity on 2009 applications that were transferred to New York from Buffalo(faster than processing at Buffalo)... Does any one know what is the reason of transferring applications from Buffalo to NY...

Hi Kabeyan,
The timelines mentioned are of no use. In my 2nd AOR they mentioned that your case will take 8 months to finalise and you should contact VO is you haven't heard anything from VO after 3 months of receipt of 2nd AOR. As on today, more than 15 months have been completed and I haven't heard anything.

I should actually be in this thread but I went into the APril 2010 applicants thread instead.
Timeline should be in my sig and profile.
Currently awaiting MR, but my ecas shows my file was transferred from Buffalo VO to NY VO November 16. However, I only know it's been transferred through ecas. I have not received any email or snail mail regarding this transfer.
Ordered my CAIPS notes and my BFD says Feb 2012 for PPS. Eagerly awaiting more movement, as the update from Buffalo to NY on my ecas was such a tease.
