I have also read the link in which David Manicom explained how they work at ND office.Read through this link. Looks like NDVO is the best of the canadian missions. I felt good after reading it. My Aplication status becmae INPROCESS with "Pending review" but the address disappeared.
the status was RBVO for 8 months with "pending review".
DO u guys have any clue that how come it change with INPROCESS with the same detail inside.
Suggestion pls.

i just have a hunch that it may mean points have been tallied...paper review is complete...found eligible...not probably active processing as to background checks need to be commenced...no one can be sure that this means as of now...i never went into recieved by visa office...straight away In process but the details inside are still the same as in your case... This has happened last year to some ALL BANGLADESHI thread participants as well
it indicates that there is something going on with your file. for that thread, some got their medicals and some found their states later changed to IN PROCESS. mine RbVO and IN PROCESS together, and then only IN PROCESS. I got additional documents request soon after that.
