Thanks a lot guys specially cuccoo0 he is such a gem. With his help I called last night to inquire my status and they said that they had send the email to my email address which my consultant think he had not given to CIC, anyway I got their email and they said the following;

Hello All and salam
Well many congrats to ali and all who got their AORS good with the futures.

One important thing that i noted yesterday while i was looking at the documents and i think anyone applying to the London office must be aware of is

The IMM5562 form

As i downloaded the new London VO specific requirements document (there is this form) and believe me these two pages were not there in VO checklist till day before.

This is not a problem for those who had not been to anywhere but for me PIA as i have hundreds of travels. Sitting since morning and trying to figure out my travel.

One thing that is not good at all is the absence of the members (who were daily visiting the forum and praying till they received AOR. After that no news) and hence no reply on issues regarding sending complete documents to the VO.

I may realize that this is due to guys busy themselves with documents but what it takes to visit the website once for 15 min a day. Nothing na. In the coming 4 months after applying at VO you shall be sitting and again waiting and  asking others "did you get the AOR, what UK VO said etc etc" then why not now.

Come on wake up as many people need your help

I think my name should be removed from March 2010 Applicant list. Although I sent my application on 30-Mar-2010 it was received by CIO only on 12-Apr-10. I did not use delivery confirmation or FedEx/UPS etc. hence the confusion. I know it was not right but somehow I got away with it.

I am with you.. i have submited supporting documents insted of IELTS results... but still no returned application nor the AOR... i will inform you about the results if they ask me for it or not...

but i am preparing ma slf to attempt the IELTS exam and my advice to u is the same..

today i  got e mail they rejected stating my job description does not match.they will sent my dd among 3 month.i m very much upset.pls guys tell me how can i resent my applicacion 2 them in detail.i did not get my application. they kept my record in computer.if i change my job description will they sespect, pls anyone tell me who were rejected for mismatch job description and applied second time pls share ur experience and whole processing.will i have to wait 4 getting my dd or i can apply now.if i can apply then how can i apply

Hi Ashraful,

Sorry to hear about your rejection but do not give up if you are sure that you have done the job duties listed in that NOC then apply again. Some times its just the wording which gets wrong and CIC rejects application. There is one applicant name " Saida" in June applicants his application was rejected because of the same reason and he has applied again. Ask anyone on this forum who has the same NOC as yours and check with them what they have written as their job duties.You can re-apply anytime you dont have to wait for your DD to come back as it will take time. If you dont have any problem with the funds just re-send your application with the new DD and re-write your job duties.

Saki plzz shed sum lit on this issue.. there is a consultant who was saying that there is a chance they could not ask u for submiting IELTS. i m telling the story of jan 2010.

Hi all,

CIO received my application on March 16, 2010 and on May 15, 2010 I was told by my bank that CIO attempted to charge my Credit card on May 12, 2010 but the transaction failed. Though I have send new application but I have not heard anything about my first application from CIO.

Any body have an idea what the reason may be?
