Just spoke with CIO officer... I was told they had received my application on 6 April, 2010. i see i'm not falling under March applicants anymore  How they can en-cashed my draft on May 6 then? that means a month after they started to process my application. I assume they got it on 31st March-1st April, but started working on it after the holidays (long week-end) that caused the delay. Now they tell me that it's under process and to wait for the response by beginning of July How could that be? So much frustrated!!! But pls keep me in this list too, cause know all of you already. |

Count 10 weeks after process start. And be sure you will got you e-mail with positive decision from Sydney. Not yet.Planning to do it on Monday.We had some problems with credit card.I will be in June line))) |

Dear all
Finally my DD was encashed yersterday June 2nd. Truth is i have refused to check my account online all through the week. I was tired of checking and discovering that the balance remains thesame. I however summoned courage to check it this night and behold the money has been deducted.
I must say its such a big relief to me. I know the aor is yet to come but i have resolved to wait patiently believing that haven charged my account, they will someday send me aor. Many thanks to all the march applicant who have been giving me and others in my shoes positive support may we all laugh at the end.
Suja you may please update for i dont know how to update it and many thanks for all your effort

i would like to share some information with you. i called the immigration department yesterday.The immigration officer told me that i would get the reply from them till end of july.
i sent my application on 26th march and they received it on 1st of april and my dd is not encashed yet.i don,t understand that why my application is not yet opened.if somebody is having any answer,please share this information with me.

I would like to share some news with you all and keep you updated. We have received an email that told us we used the wrong NOC code on our application so it was not processed. This happened as we originally forgot to fill in the NOC code for one of the roles and when the paperwork came back we quickly filled it in and did not check it correctly and now we have to resubmit it again and start the application process from the beginning. They are going to send back our cheque but it will take 8 to 10 weeks. We have already filled in the forms and checked them thoroughly this time and they are already in transit to Sydney.
We will pray for you all and may God bless each and every one of us.
