I am just about to graduate this month and I want to apply through manitoba pnp family stream! but the problem is that I won't get my degree certificate untill next year. I willl get a course completion certificate, transcripts and I have all the detailed mark cards . So are they sufficient??? or will I have to wait??? plz can anyone help me out here???

Well your transcript will not be sufficient proof. and I am sure immigration officer will ask you for the Degree Certificate as they did to me couple of years ago.

Best bet would be for you to get Just "Provisional Certificate" from the University and it will cost you around 200-300 R.s. Once you get the provisional Certificate , attach it with your transcripts and also write a cover letter and explain before you apply that, It will take another year or two to get the Original certificate.

Don't forget to mention your Unviersity website address and contact information as well..

I been into same situation where I had to follow exactly same procedure.
