Hi,

I'm processing under QSW, but asking this question for my friend.

She's considering going college in Manitoba.

There has been words about Manitoba PNP saying that international students no longer require work experience or job offers.

I found the article regarding this issue on the Manitoba Immigration official website which was dated Sept 2010.

It says the new program will start 2011, but immigration website still hasn't been updated.

Is it already in effective? Or are they still following old assessment stream?
