Hey There Folks!!
Have applied for Manitoba PNP. Papers have been sent for MNC on 4th March 2011. Will be grateful for answers on the following queries :-
1. How much time till we receive MNC from Manitoba ? (MNC means Nomination Certificate)
2. How much time will it take for getting visa from CHC Delhi once we apply to them ?
3. Is it compulsory for being called for interview under PNP category ?
4. Is it compulsory for staying in Manitoba for a specific time period if one is immigrating under PNP category OR can I move on anywhere else in Canada after getting PR cards for self and family ?
5.How much time will the authoritiws take in issuing PR cards after we land in Manitoba ?
Awaiting a quick response from anyone. Thanx.

Almost around 4-5 months if they don't ask for additional docs, otherwise add another 1-2 months ...

Another 6 months
3. Is it compulsory for being called for interview under PNP category ?
Not Compulsory.. They used to visit earlier at work place and they start calling.. Now it depends sometime they calls or sometime they don't.
4. Is it compulsory for staying in Manitoba for a specific time period if one is immigrating under PNP category OR can I move on anywhere else in Canada after getting PR cards for self and family ?
It's not compulsory but it's intended to be settled in Manitoba..
Yes you can move anywhere within in canada once you get your PR but keep in mind..
Peoples they don't read carefully, Look at MAS( Manitoba Affadevit Support) for better understanding, When any sponser signed affadavit, that means MPNP sponsered person suppose to be staying in Manitoba, if not It means sponsered person did not intend to live in manitoba, hence Orignal sponser who signed affadevit would not eligible for sponsering another person in future.
5.How much time will the authoritiws take in issuing PR cards after we land in Manitoba ?
Once you landed, it will take around 25 days to 60 days

Will some kind soul please clarify as to whether the new proposed changes effective April 2011, will be applicable to Manitoba PNP ? Also, what would be the cut-off date from when these new rules/changes will be made applicable and if they would apply to people who have already initiated the immigration process ? If you mean the propsed changes by Canadian immigration minister for Federal skilled route that would be different completely and not yet even applied , it might take sometime. cheers Adeil |

2. Have declared my relatives living in Toronto Ontario in my application, how much bad influence would it have on my application?

Yes u will be okay as I myself submitted my 10th certificate as date of birth proof and my application got accepted.
