Hello Guys
Applied under Family Stread dated 15th Feb 2011...
Today I was expecting AOR but unluckily I got letter stating :-
"We have returned your application as forms or documentation was incomplete or missing for the application to be consdiered a complete application and eligible for assessment.
Once the applicatant has addresed the reasons why the application was returned. They may re-submit their application along with the documents we have returned to you"
So I have the letter and MAS and supported documents but it seems like they sent the whole application kit back to India...
Well another 2 months delay here.........
Kind of surprised.... Any Judgement what could be the possibility?? Just let you know We attached Bank Certificate not the Bank statement..
Let us see what we are missing once we get the application back in india..

OK Guys Finally We got the application back in India, File was returned becuase of as per MPNP MAPP form was OLD , have to refill afgain and have to sent back the whole file.. Keep in mind they did not say anything else in the letter...

Hi Everyone...
I have been keenly following movements before n after LOA...
So Far the Embassy seems to have gone in a hibernation mode.. no movement has been observed at any of the levels...
All we can do is wait , Hope & Pray..
Lets keep our calm.. and be regular in updating any movement or news..which can be beneficial for all of us...

yes I've informed them when i sent additional docs requirement from india (in the cover letter). |

hello po new lang ako sa forum .. nagsubmit po kami ng application general stream this march 2011 lang po.. waiting for AOR .. at sana mabigyan ng LOA.. medyo worried lang po ako kse yung hubby ko ay may relative sa ibang province (sister nya) pero ako ang principal applicant.. hopefully di naman yun maging hadlang sa aming application.
hope makapag share naman kau ng stories/opinion nyo po habang nagaantay ako ng result.

Hello all,  I want to tell you all, i recieved my LOA    dated mid march, but I want to tell you Devinder and ceceille that my stream is different from family and general streams, it is considered more priority and assessed first, so that I recieved it early. I am pretty sure family stream takes 6 months , so wish all recieve their LOA soon. I am not from Asia , I am from africa, so that I will not post much here , but I will visit here, so I would like if someone takes the thread and up date friends here with new applications, together we correct and fix mistakes and support each other. cheeeeeer Adeil |
