Manitoba general stream - Query

Hello All,

Please can you share a link that I can use to check the points I can score under this stream ?
- Is it true that I need to have work experience in selected catogories to obtain points under ''work exp'' ?
- Is there any points one get if 2 friends provide affidavit of support?
- Could you help with the breakdown of points in the language section ? Does English have more weightage over french ?
