Manitoba Business programme eligibility criteria, will it change

I saw i n the CIC Website that they have imposed new rules regarding the federal investor programme.

My concern is that will they extend these changes to the PNP programme as well. I am planning to apply for the Manitoba Business programme and in the process of organising the documents to submit along with the application for the exploratory visit.

At present the eligibility criteria is CAD 350,000/- net worth and 3 years of business experience. I am worried will there be any change in the near future.

Please has anyone got any information regarding this?

Will the Canadian government change the existing rules for the provinces as well?

If anyone has any information regarding this please share it with me.
