CONGRATS TO YOU GUYS WHO GOT THEIR VISAS NA!!!!MI3 is now alive & kicking again!!! I called DHL, they attempted to deliver our envelope last week but they were not able to contact daw yun receiver kaya they brought it back...tomorrow daw they will deliver it na...haaayyy...super precious !!!thank GOD!!!  |

Ay matanong ko pala guys sa mga papalis na...CIC kasi agent ko.. regarding sa proof of funds kasi ang sinabi ang dadalhin 70% combination ng bank draft at cash (CAD + little amount of $ na gagastusin sa byahe) eto rin ba sinabi sa inyo or plan nyo? thanks

Hi Sis, wala pa po acknowledgement from them, instead nagreply na lng ako dun sa most recent email nila regarding PPR informing them na nasubmit na nmen passport, appendix a and courier fee last friday nakaCc naren ung agent na humahawak sa min. Hiningi ko na rin airway bill number para matrack din namen. ganun ba sis may email na ba sau na airway bill no. sis,,.. pero acording to my agent ok na daw un sinubmit na daw po nila.. haist sana magkaroon na din tau ng visa agad sis noh gaya ng iba.... |

anong mangyari sa remaining 30%? I may have misunderstood your statement above pero AFAIK, dapat 100% dalhin mo regardless kung cash or DD - of course there should be a certain portion na cash for daily expenses (and expenses like rent, etc) kasi ang checks would clear mga 3-4 weeks pa. ako plan ko is magdala ng 8K cash and the rest demand draft na... |

Dear All
Appreciate if someone could give us an advise.
We applied as a Common Law Partner last 2007 and we are able to attend an interview in Canadian Embassy in UAE in 2011. Up to date no reply from CIC. Last month our status online is decision made but as of today i cannot view our file number anymore. In your opinion do you think our case is denied ?
We approach our consultant but he refuse to give any feedback and he told us that we need pay some money so that he can check . I think he just want to cheat us. I understand also if our case is denied CIC should send us a letter the reason for denial thru our Consultant. but my Consultant refuse to give any information about the real status of our application.
Is it possible to withdraw our consultant on this final stage of our application ?
Is it possible to send a letter to our VO mentioning our problem with our Consultant ? do you think it is acceptable or we need to withdraw our consultant first before sending letter.

you can inquire directly to your VO...anyway you have with you your UCI#, right? & tell them that your consultant is refusing to update you w/ your status...GOODLUCK.... |

CONGRATS sa may visa na... ask ko lang po ang mga nagka visa na, MI1 or MI3 po ba kayo? ako kc MI1 and its been 2weeks na since na receive ng CEM ang passports namin until now IP pa rin.. and if ever mag atty end ng COA at SIIP seminar pwede ba yung mgkasunud na sked lang ng day kc wer from davao pa fly pa kami to manila. |
