Hi! This is really good news! Natuwa naman ako kasi nasa IT industry din ako. San area ka po? Sana makakuha din ako along our line of work. How will your application for PR be treated here? Will it be treated na may sponsor ka or is the employer just going to wait out for you to arrive in Canada? Mag-start na din ako apply online kahit ala pa visa...hopefully mapabilis at maging ok agad. Thanks Rich Hi guys,

Hi guys,

@ GodIsGood Wow. Good for you.. =) One less big thing to worry about hehe! Would be really nice if I get the same before landing, too. To all.. Another ecas status check day tomorrow. Good luck to those of us expecting a DM status. If wala pa rin, hintay na lang ulit. As long as hindi pumuti hair sa kaka-hintay. haha.  Cheers, badtzmaru/HelloKitty_Catnip P.S. By the way, re things to bring/pack, I thought bringing clothes hangers might be a good idea if you still have room in your packing. We take those for granted here somehow but when you get to Canada you'd realize we have more shopping choices here at less cost, and in this case, need not buy new ones but bring the ones we already have. 'La lang.. just a suggestion lang po. hehehe. |

i think u have to declare if the total is > 10K CA$
so if i have pala CA$9k in cash and the CA$7k in bank draft, we still need to declare it and have proof where we got the funds? we attend kasi PDOS kanina, ang getching ko is pag more than CA$10k lang nag dedeclare? struggle sa kin tong declaration of POF na to hehehe.  |

Hi...meron di po kaya balikbayan box cover sa ace hardware plan kc dalin nung hubby ko ung mountain bike nya... ;Dthanks po
hi mc_geh! i don't think kasya sa balikbayan box yung bike. i suggest you bring it to a decent local bike shop, have them box it for you. mura lang naman. i think less than 500 pesos. professionally packed pa pati yung mga small components will be safe inside.  |

You may bring in CND or USD, it doesn't matter, as long you are bringing the minimum required settlement funds. |
