hi heatspine and canimmigrant and to all the senior forum members!!  :)i need your opinion on this: nov 5 2010 ko natanggap yung MR ko, it took me until Feb 4 2011 bago nila natanngap sa Canada yung result nung FOLLOW UP Medical ko ( kasi nagpa - repeat CXR ako, thus the delay) ; my question is: Kailan ang Expiry ng Medical ko?  Where will I base it? From MY RECEIPT OF THE MR or FROM THE DATE WHEN THEY RECEIVED THE RESULT OF THE LAST FOLLOW UP CXR? thank you for your feedback.

usually it's the date of the medical itself not the date of the repeat tests or when the cem received it.

usually it's the date of the medical itself not the date of the repeat tests or when the cem received it.

hello trxcis... tama si m2canada, your visa expiry will be the day you went in for a medical with a DMP FOR THE FIRST TIME... ako din meron repeat U/A naman... na refer pa nga ako sa urologist  pero yung date ng first visit namin ang sinunod talaga...

to everyone, don't lose hope... it's not uncommon for ECAS to not be updated as what has happened to some of our blogmates here... may dadating na visas nyan hanggang this weekend antayin lang natin... 

let's keep positive and continue to pray for each other

that's sad! i just wanna ask if may nangyari na inabot ng 1 year ung passports sa CEM?

sana khit walang nagDM yesterday (aside from freetorch na may visa na)madami pa ding makareceive ng visas at the end of the week pra tuloy-tuloy lang ang movement... hay, ang tgal kong hinintay ang tuesday...eto at mghihintay na nmn ng next tuesday!

you're welcome trxcis! saan visa office kaya itong pinag repeat medicals? but you know what, if i were that applicant, i'll be ok with that... it means my visa will definitely be released within this period (of the repeat medicals)... you are looking na lang naman at 8mos tops kung mag repeat medicals man... so it's still good news... parang ni extend lang ang deadline mo... yun nga lang, gastos na naman... and in my case na pinag repeat medicals (na-refer pa nga ako sa nephrologist  ) another stress pa ulit...

naisip ko, they usually stamp visas on mondays and tuesdays... since la pasok ng monday, yung visa na stamp lang siguro kahapon... hence hindi na umabot sa usual routine update nila sa ECAS... so it is not wishful thinking for us to expect visas to arrive this weekend...

so pray lang tayo and continue to be positive...

Sana nga tama si canimmigrant that they proceeded yesterday Tuesday re stamping, and not next Monday pa.  Dami pa naman naming "maroon" pa.  

If still no visa by Friday next week, I plan to email them already to follow up.  Parang awa I hope none of us remaining would have our apps exceed the visa's expiry and undergo another med exam (dapat sagot na nila pag repeat med for such a case since it's not entirely our fault especially with the passport with them already for 5-6 months and possibly counting.. hehe!).  I wanna resign from work asap already!  Huhu!!!  And have a trip plan (but not to Canada yet) in July/August so I need my passport back before trip departure.  

Sakit sa ulo.  Medyo na-paranoid ulit po ako after reading about the repeat med/expired visa.  Konting dasal pa.  Lol.

So yun.. dating na sana this weekend or next the visas for us remaining September visa expiry applicants.  Secondary na lang muna si DM vs delivery of visa.  hay.  Best of luck everyone!
