Hi Sis,

A piece of info for everyone whose currently abroad regarding sending of PP by CEM thru DHL.  Just checked with DHL company and informed me that they just picked our passports today ( so every friday) they are sending passports/docs abroad hopefully to receive by Monday.  Also I've checked my previous DHL receipt from CEM its also friday when they sent it. The lady ( DHL customer service rep) is so accommodating by extending to give the tracking number to me so I can check it online.

ay oo nga pla...my agent called few minutes ago...our visa arrived sa CIC main office manila at 2:30 pm...

YEHEY! gan ito pla feeling...mixed...pero more on hindi pa nag si sink in sa akin...

tomorrow or sunday we will pick it up...

Thanks for the info ndpadin. Makes sense since a lot receive their visa during Fridays. Kaya nga the two days to look forward to are tuesdays and fridays. Mas parang masarap antayin ang friday Next week nga lang global holiday dahil First Friday. So malamang Monday na yun.

after we land in canada, how soon can we work? let's say meron na employer prior to going there? kasi may nabasa ako non na parang need pa ng SIN (not sure)..

Nice piece of info congrats talaga.  Sino pa kaya makaka-receive ng pp and visa na nasa abroad? Mahirap pa mag-expect on my part dahil hindi pa ako DM.  All the best to you

Hi Kate...sa Vancouver kmi...Wala pang plans if when alis...pero June sana target...Kayo? Bound to where? Kayo na nga Ang susunod...Balitaan ko Kayo if NASA akin mga kamay na visa...

Hi Breaana. I'm also bound to BC. I haven't checked the Temporary Health Insurance yet pero ill let you know once i have the info on it.

In the meantime, here's some info on what to expect for Canada's Health Care Benefit (click the link) once our Health Card is issued.
