Its really a big deal kasi I've been waiting for this to happen prior to the migration. But then again, God is good. I believe HE will multiply the 3 losses to new and better deals. Better than what I'm expecting.

i'm an engineer in profession specializing in cryogenic.....same as you i have to study for 2 years & take the licensing of the province but the advantage i have is from my experiences and the company also offered me the priviledge of studying and taking the license at their expense.....don't worry i know Filipino's excel in their profession and in their jobs like you because i believe and proud to be PNOY!

i'm always telling to everyone just like i experience while waiting and taking those seminars sponsored by CEM, instead of waiting for your visas try to search and explore about Canada as early as you where here (cultures, jobs, etc.) as what my friend been doing right now while waiting for his visa (HEATPSINE!!!!)...giving you the necessary informations that you should know by this time.....and you will never notice that your visa had already arrived just like mine (to ease the tensions of waiting just like i experience)...goodluck to everyone to who are waiting for their visas because you are on the last stage and everyone will receive it (but no one knows when?)...keep on praying and make the best time here in the Philippines before you go to your half stage of your life......

quami, not all IENs are required to do the BET... it depends on your assessment by the college... but MOST IENs from the philippines are required to do it because we lack 2 years of preparatory education compared to canada... if you have a MAN degree, then you will not be required to do the BET and will be given eligibility... otherwise, you go through the BET...

kate, thanks for updating the list... suggestion lang, so others can quote and add details as well, remove the entire 1st line of the table when you quote it and delete everything below matannion's name as well before updating the list... that way it can be quoted by anyone and can be updated as well...

hello po..me idea b kayo kung san maganda magpa register as a nurse in Canada?

i filed my application sa SRNA ( Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association ) last July 2010...and napakatagal daw pla ng process dun...I was told kasi na pag dun mag apply eh wala ng SEC (British Columbia) or BET (Ontario)...and di daw masyado maselan sa pagbibigay ng eligibility

so while waiting for my SRNA..i was thinking of applying sa CRNBC (regulating body for nurses sa BC) since I'm bound to Vancouver...and matagal din daw sa knila...i just dont know kung san mas mabagal as compared sa SK.

what about CNO? what can you say about that regulating body?

I'm a clinical nurse instructor for 5 years now and I only had less than 2years of practicing as a hospital nurse...Im also have my Masters of Arts in Nursing...i was wondering if it's a plus factor or what...kasi sa BC ata they do not recognize if with MAN ka

ano na daw ba status mo sa SRNA?  kasi mag 1 year narin since you filed.. and kasi kng wala sila SEC or BET, less hassle yun for you.. ako non, i filed with CRNBC Dec 2008, i got my eligibility to sit for the CRNE May 2009.. just to give you an idea
