Manila V.O. - Waiting for the Passport with the Visa

Be patient lang mga kapatid. Marerecieve din natin mga PP w/ visa natin bago magexpire.
Baka sa pagmamadali natin e - malapit na, maging bato pa. Wew.
May movement naman mabagal lang sa ngayon. Minsan every other week bago tayo may makitang DM ulit.
Pero sana bumilis bilis na nga.

  @   sa mga maroon5. expect the visa to trickle in earliest this april and latest sa may. yan ang fearless forecast ko. kaya enjoy the summer muna at wag masyadong ma-tense.

  @   everyone. i hope that we think first before doing any 'radical' actions. for now, i think ok naman and the processing is done in a rational way na. consistent ang movement and noticeably slower as compared before. this new 'slow' movement maybe the baseline for future applications - in other words magiging ganyan na ang trend and standard na ang "long" processing. remember, the process before was even looooonger and took applicants 5-6 years before they have their visa. maraming applicants pa rin na naka-pend dun. you can only imagine how they felt -- pero there are many of them have who have waited and eventually nakalipad rin. nakakahanga ang patience nila

come to think of it, i'm sure that if the local visa office have its way, it would release all of it as soon as possible. pero they follow the federal government which released a mandate late last year or early this year on the changes of the immigration policy. kaya ayun, don't worry too much people. wala pa naman sa listahan natin ang nag-over-extend kaya wait lang and it will arrive rin soon.

Virgie, congratulations.. nkkainggit ka naman, you applied last 2005 pa, preho tayo I submitted my application 2005 din pero til now no in process p rin daw.. Share mo naman po ginawa niyo? nag hintay lang or you did something po para makaroon ng positive result? Good luck and Godbless..

Hi jihan, I also belong to the 2005 applicants (Feb. 2005) , and last Feb. 2011 ko lang na received ung visa namin. meron akong ka batch na jan. 2005 applicants, but 1 year yung gap namin (she received her visa on 2010). have u emailed them to ask for the status of your application? kasi sometimes, they would reply back, which I did and fortunately, nag reply naman sila, wait lang tayo, no choice, if am not mistaken also, naka send cguro ako ng 6 or more inquiry to the embassy. I also knew somebody na march 2005 applicant, but till now, no response pa din from the embassy. baka 1 month per year for 2005 applicants? I HOPE NOT!

Its been a while friends.. i got na my VISA and everything last week pa..ihinabol na lang ang DM sa ECAS ko this week lang...kinda weird.pero sana I pray its gonna be the same with you guys na wala pa VISA..

We are booked for April 21 flight to vancouver...we will be staying in Coquitlam anyone here who will be settling nearby?

hi jihan. we are also aug 2005 applicant. until now wala pa ring update letter galing ng embassy. ewan ko ba at ang tagal tagal na.. almost 6yrs of waiting...  sa mga waiting po ng visa, lucky pa rin po kayo kc mabilis lang ang process nyo unlike sa mga old applicants.. kaya have more patience sa mga waiting na ng visa. In God's time po, darating yan...  goodluck to all.  God bless!

guys, thank u po sa lahat ng mga advices and sa lahat ng mga opinion.. pasenxa na po if prang nwalan na ako ng pag asa kanina.hehehe..ok na po ako ngayon.. Di dapat tayo susuko sa paghintay. Thou it is really not easy to wait, pero parang wla nman tayong magagawa kasi kahit how valid and important our reasons and concerns are, ang cem pa rin ang mag dedecide at baka makulitan cla at paglaruan nila tayo.
as of now, hintay hintay muna nlng tayo lahat, di rin nman reliable ang ecas. Nag try kami mag inquire sa dhl pero palaging answering machine at busy yung specific prompt. Sana lord darating na ang visa namin lahat. Pls lord.

Hapi pa nman ang week kasi dumating ang visa ni bonsai at nag dm sila deverdad at gade sa ecas this week.

almost 5mos na din kameng waiting. di ko napigilan sarili ko so I sent another inquiry. mei tonong "galit" na yata ang CEM sa kin hehehe. siguro nga better if wag na sila kulitin unless you really need to!

to those who are still waiting for their visas like me, i understand the impatience we have here... it really is unfair to have us wait for so long... but the truth is, we have the option to request for our passports if we have plans to travel abroad... isinasauli naman ng VO if talagang matagal pa nila ma release ang visa natin... and they are considerate of those who have schedules (like bonsai who has a scheduled exam on june)... wala pa naman sa atin dito na less than two months na lang ang visa expiration before na release ang visa... si ndipadin dapat ang mauna i release kahit late na sila nag PPR considering his/her timeline...

Thanks..well said..minsan nga naka2 frustrate na yung case nmin as we are stuck outside of the Phil..I have already tendered my resignation effective 16th of April..I don't know now what to do? We really wanted to go home. I've sent an email to them regarding our status and received a generic reply that still on queue for finalization.  Another letter I've sent requesting if there is a chance we can borrow our PP's but no reply yet.  Checked my ecas still IN PROCESS with disappearance of the address. Sana sunod na den yung appearance ng VISA  he..he.
