Sa mga seniors,pwede mag ask sa inyong opinion.Pwde po ba or allowed po ba,magpamedical ang lahat ng pamilya tapus to follow na lng yon passport ng new member ng Family.Kc d2 sa davao,28 working days na,yon releasing ng passport.Just in case,mabilis yon processing sa immigration.Tapus,makareceived kami ng MR.

Anyway,I am still waiting for my 2nd AOR,at kung papalarin,mabilis din ang MR.As of now,hindi ko na inform yon CEM,kc i am waiting for 2nd AOR pa.Thanks po!

worried Lang ako Coz di ako sure if same ba sa lahat. Baka ako lang... Baka yan din one reason laling delayed visa ko

pano malalaman na required ka pa magpa-interview?

are there cases na na-approve na visa mo, but u still need to see with an immigrant officer before it gets released?

i tried to browse ECAS for this.. but I think the statement "You will need to meet with an Immigration Officer who will verify your documents and grant you permanent residence if all is in order" refers to an ECAS of COMPLETE, meaning you have successfully landed in Canada after being interviewed by an immigration officer at the port of entry.

i've read in another forum na yng mga nagland na in Canada and who happened to be curious on their e-cas found out that their status changed to COMPLETE.

so, no worries baby_gurl start looking for cheaper flights instead

hay naku, gusto ko na nga'ng mag move on to the next step which is preparing for flight na... buying ticket and getting ready to pack up stuff i'll need when i get there. kaya lang one major problem. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHERE I'M HEADING IN CANADA! patay talaga ako... i want to go to Ontario kaso wala akong kamag-anak dun. eh san ako titira when i get there.. with the fact na wala akong trabaho. nakakatakot naman mag re-rent ako ng apt. eh di ko pa malaman when i'll start earning to pay for rent. as what i know, usually they're on a lease for at least 6 months. iba 1 year nga.



i can't move forward. any suggestions or place na alam nyong pwedeng matirhan? i really do plan to pay but i guess knowing it's someone u know, o someone nga kilala nga kilala mo, o at least kapwa pinoy would make me feel safer and at ease.

i'd love to land and look for a job in toronto sana.

kate santos, congratulations... don't worry about that thing about your ecas... the embassy will contact you if you need to come in for an interview... since may PPR ka na, wait kitty wait ka na lang for your visaaaaaaaa like us hihihihi...

baby_gurl, if i'm not mistaken, you have applied to get licensed as an RN with CNO na di ba?  i think you are required to practice for two years in the province you originally applied licensure for before you are allowed to endorse, if my memory is serving me right, to another province... so i think toronto is for you... i think the best place for you to land is where your profession is in demand... RNs are needed in edmonton and saskatchewan daw... but i suggest you start where you have at least a few acquaintances... mahirap magsimula mag isa... just a thought... i wish you well...

1. Support system. ito ang primary reason why preference is given to a place where relatives or friends are.
2. Work. I find this more important. Go where work is and kung san mapapabilis ma-expedite ang employment.
3. Environment. Check if you prefer places which are colder or mas malamig pa.
4. Social. What's your preference? Yung places na maraming immigrants o maraming locals

Finding the right place to land is important (at least for me). You'll be drowned on the so many things to prepare but this is one thing that everyone should prioritize.

Have you seen the latest application processing time posted on the CIC site. As of Feb. 22, the average processing time for Manila is still 11 months. Kaya no worries and makakarating na tayo sa finish line.

  @   canimmigrant: yup, nag register na ako but yun nga inaalala ko, kelan pa kaya ako ma-eligible to take the exam?  i am expecting that the assessment would require me to do further studies para sa "educational gap". but sana if 6 months lang.

  @   heatspine: thank you po. yes, i've thought about all those already. kaya confused ako coz i'm torn. may cousin ako whom i never met yet and way older sya sakin, married to a canadian guy and has a teenage daughter. yun lang ang advantage ko if i go to NS. i don't want to stay too long with them kasi mahirap na pag mag start ang conflict which happends most likely. gusto ko nalang i-avoid yun. with regards to job marketing, as what i've researched online, i have more probability of getting a job in Ontario, but marami ring immigrants who will be competing for jobs too. and my concern also is i have no one to run to if i go there, but i did register as RN sa Ontario. di ko pa alam kung when ko ma-receive ang assessment decision nila. sabi 3 months daw. so most probably May ko pa matanggap and I'm planning to leave on May.

if tama ka canimmigrant with regards to having to have experience in the province where i registered in, does that apply even if im not being registered yet or not given an eligibility to sit CRNE pa? kasi alam ko an applicant is able to work as GRADUATE NURSE once eligible na sya mag CRNE until he/she takes the exam (pass or fail).

how about i stay in N.S. until i get registered in Ontario? yung nga din... gano ba kadami ang trabaho sa N.S.? it's a very small province. i really don't mind whether mas marami ang immigrants or locals. what i think matters most is the probably of me finding a job and me being able to support myself faster.

see my dilemma?

sana kung nasa ontario lang ang cousin ko, siguro di na ako ma-confuse. long term  plan ko kasi talaga is to be registered and work as a nurse, and settle in Ontario.

any more advice after my ranting? hehe

hi kimwayne. when you receive your 2nd AOR, may nakasulat dun na:

Change in circumstance;
Let us know by fax or email if there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or divorce. (See our contact information below.)
You must also inform us in writing of any
Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
Change or cancellation of immigration representative; or
Request for withdrawal of your application.

Have you informed the CEM on your new Family Member? My suggestion is to inform them as early as possible to avoid complications. The MR's have individual forms for the principal applicant and the dependents, kaya para siguro nde ma-delay ang MR nyo, mas maganda na informed agad ang CEM.
