guys please help...ano po ibig sabhin ng reservation waitlisted?...kc nagpareserve ako sa st.raphael for jul25 flight..nung cnabi ko,i've decided to go for that flight..and where can i purchase a ticket,sabi mo waitlisted lang ung sa jul25...
Pahelp nman po..san kaya po makapurchase ng ticket na ung cgurado manila to toronto.thanks.

"Reservation waitlisted" sounds like puno na reservations sa airline you chose and it's only when a booking is freed up (meaning the one who reserved it hasn't paid for it  in time/cancelled the booking) before they will reserve a seat/ticket for you.

I agree with gade23, might be better to call them or go to their office mismo asap so ma-prioritize ka sana. hehe!  If you decide to go already and buy the ticket, don't forget to bring your passport though 'cause they need to see/photocopy your visa before they issue you the ticket once you pay them.

by the way, have you heard of the INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC CREDENTIAL EVALUATION? kelangan daw to doon when u apply for employment and for licensing agencies. we are planning to have one before leaving.

ICAS? yup! kaya lng they are still requiring high school diploma and form 138, di ba? hassle on my part kasi nag change na ng name ang HS alma mater ko. so i chose WES, kasi college credentials na lng require nila. nagpa assess na ako and OK naman sa akin ang assessment nila, di naman tlga pantay standards ng pinas at canada so yng masters at bachelors degree ko is just equivalent to a 4-year bachelor's degree in canada.

Slmat sa sumagot about tickets...i bought ticket at tripmart..but different route..korean air po..kc super puno na ang cathay pacific..PAL?..can't afford..super duper mahal..and my sister advised me not to go for manila-vancouver-toronto.. Kc daw ung service sa plane from vancouver to toronto,medyo pangit daw..pati tita ko,ayaw din nila..pero advisable daw ang PAL if u will land at vancouver..kc ganda daw service ng PAL..

Hi guys...musta ang packing mode natin? everyone is super busy, its either their looking ang booking for a flight, attending semenars, buying stuff (like tabo at bedit) and packing cloths e madami pa din palang dapat gawin. Have you heared about getting from LTO certificate of how long have you been driving to get a discount in buying a car in canada? at malaki daw ang makukuhang discount ha, may gumawa na ba nun? at mahirap daw kumuha ng license dun kaya ngayon p lang e on line test na daw..GOOD LUCK again and GOD BLESS to everyone!!

hi! may question lang ako regarding POF. di ba ang BPI nag-ooffer sila ng traveller's checkdemand draft (whatever it is  ), ask ko lang if paglanding ba sa canada pwede na agad iwithdraw yun sa Scotiabank or may waiting period pa? thanks in advance sa mga sasagot

I doubt...maybe discounts in insurance not purchasing a car. you mean online testing is just practice exam & there are some questionnaires but I think you have to pay online just to practice & better yet to read their manual before you do the practice written exam. You will personally take the written exam in your chosen province & do the practical exam after passing the written exam.

Hi faithfully hopeful, just call in their office and tell them that you are going to book for that flight and they will send you the list of banks that you can deposit your payment or you may go directly in their office to pay and get your ticket or if you want they can send your e-ticket in your email. I actually got my ticket to them (St. Raphael), you may contact Ms. Tessa Reyes and she will be the one to assist you regarding the payment...HTH

To all those leaving soon if you will be asked by immigration officer how much money you have you just tell him how much cash you have with you right now pls don't exceed to 10,000.00 para wala ng additional docs na fill up. Pwede naman kc tig 9800 each kayo ng wife or husband nyo. The 10,000 is not limited to the principal applicant only pwede yung wife magdala din ng ga yang amount. You will be asked how much money you have with you right now tell them how much cash only you have with you. You don't have to tell the io that you also have a bank draft. It's 12 am here in Edmonton and I'm about to sleep coz tomorrow will be a busy day for us applying for sin, bank acct, phone and view apartments.

really? the girl from the PDOS kasi told us that the PA and the dependents are considered as one entity kaya we can't divide our POF daw. i was planning kasi to do what you suggested but when we attended nga the PDOS, eh we were told otherwise. naguluhan na naman ako hehehe.

as far as I can recall, i applied online, paid the fees thru credit card, then sent my credentials in university-sealed envelopes, just one package para madali. WES advises that the schools u have attended send directly to their Office your TOR and diploma, pag ganun naman ginawa mo, baka matutulog pa ng matagal papeles mo sa skul at tska dami pa process kasi overseas ang padalhan, mahal na matagal pa. kaya what I did, i requested for a certified true copy of my TOR and diploma from my BA and MA alma mater, pinalagay ko sa university-sealed envelope with the signature of the registrar on the flaps, yng 2 envelopes nilagay ko sa isang bigger envelope then pina courier ko sa address ng WES. in less than 2 weeks lumabas na result ng evaluation you can google wes.org for more info

Canadian dollar demand draft. may clearing po, 10 banking days if you deposit it in Scotiabank, so better have cold canadian cash for the first 2 weeks
