hi mimi. i also don't have the numbere but you may call 89-100 and ask the customer service representative for the number of BPI Paseo de Roxas. you may also ask your inquiries there. if you are in the province, there is a toll free number which you may dial. go to bpiexpressonline.com for details.

Ours is complete. I remember during the PDOS na sabi nung nag-orient na just to make sure that what is written in the Visa is correct. The COPR has limited number of characters kaya truncate nila yung iba. Pero please verify muna ha. One way I can think of is to send them an email of inquiry. Better verify while still here kaysa sa ma-hold pa sa POE.

hi mimi! sorry for the late reply, busy ako pag tulog kahapon hahahaha!

thanks for your reply on my question regarding the boxes... maghahanap na din ako...

packing mode na tayo dito... pati yung wala pang visa, dadating yan, PROMISE... bago kayo mag visa validity... may kasabay kami nag PDOS, aug 16 ang visa validity date nila, nakuha nila ang PPs nila  last week lang... kaya apura sila ng madali ngayon dahil nga ine-expect nila na pauulitin sila ng medical... pero talagang inihabol... magpa book na kayo... walang bayad ang booking... meron lang date that you need to pay for the ticket to avail of the first time immigrant discount... pag wala pa din ang visa nyo, naka book pa din kayo don kaso full fare na ang babayad nyo... ilapit nyo na ng konti sa visa validity nyo ang pagpa book... mga a month before siguro... advice ko lang naman yan... or make several bookings... cancel lang ng cancel pag malapit na... at least naka ready na kayo... WALANG NA DE-DENY AFTER PP SUBMISSION... napaka malas at one in a million lang siguro yon... wala pa akong kilala nagka problem after mahingi ang PPs... stay positive  Grin dadating na mga visas this week  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

goodluck everyone!!!

question nga pala... kami ni husband puro US$ ang dadalhin... mas mahal kasi dito satin bumili ng CAN$ dahil scarce... sabi kasi samin sa bank, we are better off buying US$ here then pa convert namin once we get to canada para mas maliit ang conversion rate dahil halos 1 is to 1 daw... any comments on this?

I'm seeking adv kasi nurse po ako and working for six years. Pag dating Canada wala pa naman po ako employer....wala pa po ako naka set na plans like taking CRNE or yung mga bridging programs. Honestly, wala pa po kasi ako idea about this and kung ano magandang gawin ng isang nurse pag dating sa Canada if mag work na agad sa homes or mag take muna ng exams? If someone out there who's kind enough to give me adv regarding this sobrang maging thankful po ako....share naman po your strategic plans Kiss Kiss Kiss

And about naman po sa US license ko...hindi ko na po sya na renew...what's you opinion about this?

Please....please... please....light my path! thanks Cheesy Wink Cheesy

hi there, I am also a nurse...my friends told me that you can actually apply for work kahit di na muna nurse, kahit part time lng muna as a home care support worker, then you can also ask an agency that help new nurses immigrants...you can find one sa province na pupuntahan mo..in my case, i was told by a friend na nasa vancouver na meron ganung agency and the name is "skills connect" if my memory serves me right...they help daw in assessing your credentials para mahelp ka din nila mag pa assess for CRNE...I'm not sure how many percent ng total na gagastusin ang babayaran nila...dunno if its 30% or what....but if you have the bread...dito plang pde kna rin mag start ng mga application for assessment kasi mahaba habang paghihintay yan....pde ka nmn bayad sa credit card or send them a bank draft...tpos dito kna ielts kasi mas madali daw...please take note of the scores nlng as their requirements...iba iba kasi per province

so u mean u bought US$ then u will just convert them into CA$ once  u land? sa akin lng ha, e di 2x na convert yng PHP mo? hanap muna ako money changer na may CA$, para kunti lng forex loss  Grin Grin Grin pero pag wla na tlgang mahagilap, i might do what u did Grin Grin

i notice mas mura ang CA$ sa bdo than bpi: bdo is selling 1CA$ at PHP44.90; while bpi is selling it PHP45.94; laking diperensya din  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

oo eh we tried sa bdo... pwede naman nga daw mag CA$ agad, mas mahal lang dahil nga daw mahirap hanapin... parang you give them time kung gusto mo magpa convert ng peso mo... di gaya ng pag US$, same day makakakuha sila for you... kaya mas mababa daw ang selling nila ng US$ kesa sa CA$ talaga... kumbaga, mas mataas patong nila sa selling price nila ng CA$ compared to US$...

nag advise samin to just get US$ is yung friend ko na manager ng BDO... dahil nga daw if you get your US$ ng, say Php44, it is still cheaper compared to the Php45 of 1CA$... when we get to canada naman daw, halos 1 is to 1 lang naman din kaya in the long run, mas mura... parang nabili mo din si CA$ mo sa price ng US$...

Grin Grin Grin pero, to each his own naman nga... sister in law ko kasi na nag migrate don pareho lang naman nga daw, i convert na lang when we get there... mahirap nga kasi maghanap ng CA$ dito kaya mas mahal ang conversion rate...

blogmates, it is VERY IMPORTANT to create a network once we are there... good way to start is here... big help daw ito sa adjustment and eventually finding a job... nabasa ko sa immigration magazine nila na binigay sakin ng sis-in-law ko na umuwi dito... do not hesitate to do bridging programs if it is required of you... sabi nya doon, it must be a commitment TO OURSELVES to strive to practice our professions once we get there... survival jobs are important, but focus on a more long term goal...

naku uulan ng visa this week!!! goodluck!
