Manila V.O. - Waiting for the Passport with the Visa

hi to everyone! nataranta ako nung nakita kong halos magsara na yung thread sa WAITING FOR PPR dahil sa sobrang bilis nung movement last monday and tuesday! Nagsilipat na dito sa WAITING FOR PASSPORT with the VISA!!  Im very very happy for all those guys who, not only those who got their PPR, but most importantly, those who got DMs and already got their passports back with the VISAS. I was just a bit anxious kasi nalampasan ako dun sa list sa kabila, i was hoping na makasama sa rin sanang nakakuha ng PPR. I was puzzled kasi Nov 12, 2010 ako nakakuha ng Medical Request, earlier than the rest of those who got their PPRs pero yun nga, lumampas sa akin. I was not sure whether it was because i need a 2nd chest xray which took a while before it got done and before they got hold of the result (they got it Feb 4, 2011).
    
     I hope somebody, especially those seniors on this forum could, at least make sense of what just happened. I am not freaking out or anything. I was just wondering if this could still be a REGULAR thing.

btw sino po papunta sa calgary. kasi 798 ang nakuha namin sa st. raphael july 1 po kung di magkakaaberya sa pag release ng visa alis kami agad. ( wag naman sana magkaproblema  sa releasing uli please)

lahat ng oct., applicants kapit kapit tayo malapit na rin tayong maging busy katulad ng mga sept., applicants.  konting tiis na lang wag kalimutang mag dasal!!



sa mga na DM share naman kayo kung ano ano ang mga pinagkakaabalahan nyo at yung mga dapat dalhin. Canada papunta na sila (sept., applicants) susunod na kami (oct., applicants).

SHALOM! Hi...I'm a newbie here and very helpful mga post nyo to me so I decided to join. I'm also waiting for our visa...sa last letter narecieved ko from them nakalagay na and visa validity namin up to October this year and yet until now wala pa visa namin. PP namin was sent nung November 2010 din.... to those awaiting for their visas, nung po ba pinasend nila mga passports nyo may visa validity date din po ba indicated sa letter nyo?... I don't know much about it e

About naman po sa mga required seminaRS or whatever it is called (COA, CIIP, PDOS) wala pa kami na attendan kasi we're still waiting for the visas...can you give me advise po about this.... kung anu-ano pa ang dapat namin gawin? I'm sure yung iba naexperience na lahat to and now in canada or baka ang iba naman po sa inyo got advices from friends or relatives na blessed to be in Canada na din.

hi seniors. regarding POF, we are a family of 3, so dapat ideally we should bring php767k. or approx CAD$17000. can we bring kaya CAD$10000 and the rest as bank certificate, those kasi na tinanong ko when they land there eh lass than CAD$5000 lang dala the rest bank cert daw/bank draft. swertihan din ba sa IO na mag-rereceive upon landing?

Hi noelcezh, I too, is very anxious (very hopeful and crossing my fingers hehehehe) of what's going to happen next week .... Kasi nakadepende sa kung anong mangyayari next week ang pagfinalize ko ng mga preparations ng pagpunta sa Canada.... Kapag napasama kang mag-DM next Tuesday eh sigurado na rin ako sa July 1 or 2 na flight naming mag-ina---- kaya nga gaya ng sabi mo eh sana huwag magkaaberya....  I am earnestly praying to God that October visa validity, if not all, will receive the most coveted visas this month ....

Nga pala sa Calgary rin ako and my son gaya mo and ni HOP.... Saan kayo mismo sa Calgary mag-stay?.... And hey, I was just teasing you when I said "napadami ang posts mo sa sobrang excitement mo nung madami nag-DM" ---- baka kasi na-offend kita eh mahirap na hehehehe .... Hey hello there HOP, hehe ang saya magkapitbahay tayo kc NE din kami tutuloy muna pansamantala, with my relatives before we head SE .... I already inquired sa CIC travel services and St. Raphael ---- halos magkalapit lang din ang price, just under $900.... Since CiC agency ako (consultant), I decided to make a reservation na rin sa kanila....  I'm just hoping and praying na magtuloy-tuloy ang pagbigay ng visas para matapos na ako sa preparations.... By the way, Applewood  as in Applewood Village in Marlborough Dr. NE ba?.... Sana matapos na lahat ng mga ito at maibigay na lahat visas natin para makaalis na tayo noh? .... God bless you and your family and praying we all receive our heart's desire/s---- very soon ....

For those who have traveled to Calgary - ask ko lang po if 1 hour and 20 minutes enough time for the interview and documents checking for immigrants, family of 6, in Vancouver (port of entry)? That's the only available flight the travel agent had for us for Vancouver to Calgary coz most of the July and August flights are fully booked.

Your advice is highly appreciated.  Salamat po.

ako nalampasan din s pagrelease nman ng visa,kasi march 10 n ako nakapagsubmit ng PP.inuna lng nila ung mga nakaline up na
i was so anxious then,kaya nghibernate muna ako at panay ang dasal!! eventually nareceive ko rin.ngdm ako nung tues then wed narecve ko na visa.
so chillax!!!!
