Nakakabaliw talaga... ang stamping ng visa na umaabot ng ilang bwan... di ka man lang makapag travel sa HK or singapore, kasi nasa kanila ang passport mo for almost half a year na. Diba napaka unfair? Ung stamping ng Australia, 3 days lang... San ka pa?!
Lol! You know, if I think about it, parang ang sarap pa-alam sa kanila what sort of hassle it's been for a case such as mine. Like tell them about how for each time I submitted my app (I've submitted two), about 5 months after submission for each, a new FSW policy was put in place, and thus compromising the expected processing period of my apps not once, but twice (during the FSW NOC38, and now FSW NOC29). Hehe! I can just imagine how it must be now for those who submitted theirs before FSW NOC38/before 2008. Mag-triple whammy sila with a new FSW policy this year. What the heck. Kung Americano pa siguro sila, sabay e-entra na naman another new policy this year, thus, putting their apps in the backburner lalo, baka matagal na siguro nila na-demanda/class action where possible si CIC. Litigation to the max! haha! Oh well. Wishful thinking. Lol!
The only thing/s good about the situation lang talaga is that buti na lang nag-re-refund sila for withdrawn apps, and that the passports are with CEM already (I agree with noelcezh, maswerte pa rin at na-abutan/lampasan yun) and our agony should be over soon, preferably leaving us 3 months (no choice now based on my visa's expiry) before the visa expires.
So anyway, I've set a deadline for their return of my passport vs the best time to email them to ask politely when I can expect it back if hindi bumalik by Saturday next week June 4 or by June 15 (still deciding which).
*hay* Sana nga talaga yung Canadian public holiday lang talaga yung reason for the disruption of the expected schedule of release/return of passports. And that things should be back to normal already. Hence, I'm still hopeful/optimistic that I and the other remaining September expiry visa applicants in our thread would receive our visas by Saturday next week.
Pray pray na lang po I guess. Malamang super joyful and relieved naman po tayo pag dumating na yan eh. Ika nga ni credit card ad, "priceless" (the relief first thing.. secondary na si joy). Lol!
Have a nice weekend everyone!
