hi everyone, i just wanted to share something that just happened. i have known someone from pre june 2010 applicants who had a really disappointing news. ahead lang kami nag apply mga 4-5 mos and then their papers were submitted sa CEM last nov, and then waiting na sana cla for medicals yet 90 days passed walang MR and hanggang umabot this month na wala pa ring MR. Upon checking the online status recently, nag DM ung status and naka lagay na denied application because of kulang ng work experience. really frustrating 'coz expect na sana ng MR and all of the sudden na denied. bakit kaya nagka ganun, e na process na yun sa nova scotia.
 how about us who are waiting for our pps? nakakalungkot talaga.. bigla akong kinabahan...
what do you think of this guyz? plz share your insights...

tinang too sad pero don't worry tapos na tayong i medical at isa pa nasa CEM na ang passports natin. yun nga lang talagang maghihintay tayo pero for sure bago ma expire ang mga visa natin tanggap na natin ang pinakaaasam na visa. hayyyyy...!! buti na lang nakalampas na tayo sa medical stage! let's pray na sana kahit walang ma DM ngayon sana may makatanggap ng visa.

hello guys.... i am from the other forum and a post june 26 applicant.... just want to ask kung ano po ba ang nakalagay na no of days sa PPR nyo na ibabalik ng CEM ang passports nyo with visa.... sa post june 26 kasi, nakalagay na passport will be returned to you with your visa(s) within 20 to 30 working days (four to six weeks) from receipt at the Embassy... thanks....

Samin na pre-June, in 90 days they will try their best to return the passports with visa but unfortunately, kadalasan, 4-6 months na wala pa ung passports. |

let's pray na sana dumating na mga visa's natin.
grabe mates kasi pareserve kami ng pareserve ng flight pero till now wala parin visa namin buti na lang mabait si mam ida. at least kapag dumating na yun di na kami mahihirapan pa na kumuha ng flight hayyyyy... alam ko dadating na yun!!! kwento naman po sa mga kasamahan natin na nasa canada na paging..... para kahit paano maaliw at mabawasan ang isipin namin dito na patuloy na naghihintay ng visa...

what do you think of this guyz? plz share your insights... this is so unfortunate naman... my heart goes out to your friend... but the final say is with the local VO... sila ang nag de-determine if all documents are in order... madami cases na na de-deny dahil may nakikitang loopholes ang visa officer sa timeline ng work experience... kahit nga job description lang, gaya ni kwatogmd, nagkaka problem... her application was denied because her JD was inadequate daw... pwede naman ito i-appeal, kailangan lang gawin agad... or mag re-apply na lang kung pwede pa at di pa na reach ang cap nung profession...
don't worry about your application... i guess most of us here will agree with me in saying that everyone in our schindler's list is guaranteed to get a visa... however, dahil may naka tanggap na ng repeat medical instructions, iyon ang hindi na tayo sure, baka may paulitin mag medical sa ating list (wag naman sana po Lord )... so for your peace of mind, i am quoting this from the canadian immigration website:
If your application is approved, you will be asked to submit your passport to the Canadian visa office where you applied in order to receive your permanent resident visa.
so they are basically saying that we are already assured of a visa because they already asked for our passports... the problem is that there are no visas available at the moment for those who applied before june 2010 dahil sumobra ang applicants nila sa kaya nilang i process at bigyan... the canadian embassy has always had quotas or caps... nung inintroduce nila itong MI1 (feb 2008 to june 2010), they were overwhelmed with applications that they could not process within their quotas... kaya inintroduce nila ang MI2 (post june 2010)... kaya mas mabilis sila makakuha ng visas, kasi meron talagang visa naka alot for them... whereas tayo, iintayin pa natin ang quota na para sa atin... hence the staggering of visa release...
kahit ang mga naghihintay na lang ng PPR, sigurado na yon na magkaka visa... worse case nga is pauulitin sila ng medical exam nila to extend their visa validity... na dagdag gastos na naman nga... pero at least, tatlong hakbang na lang, nasa finish line ka na... request for a medical exam has always heralded visa issuance... unless nga meron cancer (wag naman sana) or naging ka affair mo pala si aida macaraeg (first recorded AIDS victim ng pilipinas na nanghawa pa ng madami at isinapelikula ni ate vi ang buhay etc. etc.  )... bihirang bihira ang dinedeny dahil sa medical problem... tapos nga, hindi ka titigilan ng DMP hanggang hindi sila satisfied sa results mo saka pa nila ito i-pass sa CEM... yung may mga suspected TB nga binibigyan ng visa, nilalagay lang doon na papatingin ka agad upon landing... ganon sila ka lenient when it comes to medical results...
kaya wag kayong matakot... dadating ang mga visa na yan para sa inyo...   and if you look at our list, may ugali din talaga na biglang titigil sila ng release ng visa for a week, then mag resume next week... kaya para sure, ilapit lapit na ninyo sa visa validity ninyo ang pagpapa book... the discount for first time immigrants are given only if you make an advanced booking... kasi sure naman na dadating ang mga visa na yan... at sabi nga ng isang forumer natin, pwede naman iurong ng iurong ang booking ahahahahaha!
