pwede po attend ng COA even without the visa. i have attended last jan 26. i just informed MR. KRIS KLEMM thru email that my passport is with the CEM, attachment ko yng PPR. nag OK naman po sya. u can register thru emai din po. this is the address    COA Manila <coamanila  @  iom.int>  just bring a hard copy of ur PPR during the seminar

Thanks to all information... pwde po b ako sumali sa inyong list... Family Immigrant po kami, katulad nyo rin po n waiting na din sa Passport w/ Visa in Jesus name... I just keep on praying n dumating n sya this month of February 2011 in Jesus name...

Hi Mimi0713 thanks for the info, inemail ko sila 2 weeks ago pero sabi nila kaylangan daw may visa na bago pwede umattend.  Baket hindi sila consistent??

charlie5        it's ok to attend w/out your visa, we had already attended last feb.10 w/out it........just make a reservation and go their, on the day just inform them that you don't have their requirements, just like mimi0713 had said bring the letter of PPR as proof that you already send your PP and waiting the visa.......they are not strict naman but it is their SOP for you to bring the requirements as all written in their replies.....it is so much informative and they have the most pamphlets and books to be given for you to read and learn, go and try to attend since we are all waiting for our visa...

hello, kailangan pa ba tayo attend ng COA? Sa immigrants rin ba yan? Kala ko kasi CIIP lang yung voluntary natin hehe lalo
na sa federal skilled worker.  Ano ba ang mandatory seminar yung sa POEA right?
Tapos voluntary yung COA AND CIIP?  Thank you.

 @ bonsai. you are correct, coa and ciip are optional. only pdos is required. however, the two former seminars are beneficial and my suggestion is to take it whenever you can. these seminars are given for free and you'll learn a lot and start to establish a network.

Ask ko lang if all emails coming from CIO or CEM naka cc po ba kayo?
Confirmed ko lang kasi di ba 2 emails nakalagay sa application forms, email natin and email ng CIC
So pag may AOR and PPR, makakareceive din tayo ng email di ba?

..QUESTION po???  mahaba din po b ang line-up para sa Schedule ng COA or mtagal po b kyo bago nkakuha ng Schedule to attend?  Do you have their landline nos. kasi sa website nila.. wala nasagot... I txted & Emailed them for schedule last Friday...

Yup, voluntary ang CIIP & COA pero according to one immigrant (who's already in Canada for years), ang laking tulong daw talaga when she took these seminars. May free snack pa raw sa COA. Mandatory yung PDOS pero wala raw kwenta. Yan lang naman eh feedback sa akin. Kaya last sa sked namin ang PDOS.
