Mas ok kung start mo na kasi medyo matagal ang processing. In my case, I applied for both pero inuna ko yung sa RN kaso for SEC assessment pa kaya nagapply na din ako for LVN. Pero sa CRNBC kasi ako kaya nde ako familiar sa CNO. Try mo yung thread ng 3152 RN category maraming discussions dun about CNO registration.

Hi aimsfrench! If weather condition, mas maganda daw sa Vancouver kasi hindi masyadong nagyeyelo but mataas ang cost of living. In our case, we are planning to land in Calgary. Sabi ng relatives namin dun malamig ang part ng Alberta ummabot ng -22 degrees ang temp specially sa edmonton. maganda daw ang job opportunities sa Alberta yun naman ang advantage. where in alberta are you planning to land? 

hi bongaces!  tnx for the response.....wow -22 degrees ginaw nun.  Cguro po sa Calgary din dhil may pinsan ako dun.  But i guess ang magiging deciding factor tlga eh kung sa kakaa-apply  online sa jobbank kung cno employer ang kukuha tlg at magcoconsider sa application nmen.  mhrap wla trabaho sir....  but God is good. tutulungan nya tayo lahat. btw, next in line na pla kayo for the ppr....

Pwede na ba tayo magapply as RN or RPN at this stage?   yes, pwede na...  second courser ako and I'm planning to land in Toronto. Which do you think is the better route to take (RN or RPN)? yung mas affordable at mas mabilis sana para makaexam and work agad.   from what i gathered, RPN application is cheaper and easier... medyo mas strict ang CNO sa internationally educated nurses (IENs) when it comes to education...  Pwede ba maupgrade yung RPN to RN eventually sa CNO once dun na nakasettle?  yes, they have an RPN to RN program... i don't know how it works though...

        sa ibang forum ako but my VO is Manila, post 6/26. dun ba sa PPR nio, ilang days ang irerequire ng VO para isubmit ang Passport? D2 kasi ako sa middle east and ayoko pa magresign sa work til walang visa  kaya mejo worried ako baka magkaconflict sa vacationko next month. medical exams done/police clearances and RPRF submitted narin ako last week and wait ko now ang PPR... salamat.

You should submit the passports within 45 days from the date of the letter.
