Yahoo God is indeed good!!!    I also got mine yesterday May 31 though I was notified only this afternoon.Validity is until November 24, 2011. Let's continue to pray for those who are still waiting for their PPRs and also for a smooth transition to a new life in Canada. God's message is continue to live a prayerful life regardless of circumstances. He never fails!!!!! Anyone in this thread who is an engineer?

Thank you Gerlalo Yes, I'm pre-June. Mechanical Engr.. I'm thinking of either Toronto where we have relative or Calgary where we have close friends. Both places are Ok per my extensive research. Calgary though is an ever growing city. It has become a business hub specially for oil and related industry. It follows that if the economy is growing, opportunity  follows. I'm still weighing and evaluating all options. Maybe start scouting job opportunities on-line just to get a glimpse of what's currently going on. You can check on the web their local news and that should give one an indication of the current situation. Of course, do not discount support group like relatives and friends who may provide other access to job opportunities. But at the end of the day, wherever God leads us!

thanks. kindly update me for the job opportunities for engineers wherever u land. coz as of now im thinking of calgary where i have a friend and as what you said that oil industry is there, meaning job opportunities for engrs are high. but im thinking of helping my relatives to land canada, thats why im also thinking of SK, where u can sponsor even a long distant relative or a friend, its not that difficult daw. anyway im still waiting for my MR, hopefully a final decision when having my visa. and your updates will help. thanks in advance. civil and geodetic kc ako. baka may makita ka pag andun ka na. goodluck

Hello, congratulations!!!!....  May I ask if how many days was stated in your PPR for CEM to be able to return your passport/s with visa?!?!.... Thank you very much in advance for your reply....

what's with the blank reply? congrats sa lahat!!

It is a form of receipt or just to confirm that you read / received CEM their E-mail. All you have to do is reply by sending back the letter they sent you without writing anything.

Ako din, nagsend ng blank e-mail. I used Air 21 when I sent our passports then nung bumalik na sa amin with the visa, DHL ang official courier ng CEM. I paid almost 100 pesos lang for the 3 passports na yun. Basta pagdeliver ng passports sa inyo, iissue-han ka ng receipt ni DHL guy tapos bayaran mo na lang.
