manila timeline outland application from experience..

anybody please share their timeline in manila canadian embassy office. i already have inland application and it's taking forever so i would just try outland. thanks for input.

Hi! I'm a member of another forum and I'm a Filipina. In land is definitely going to be a very long process. It would be better to go for outland. As you can see on the cic website, the average processing time in manila is from 4-7 months. In the other forum, I noticed other got their visa in 4-6 months. A few got it in less than 4 months! thanks for your input.. i'm really confused about this situation. my inland app is 9 months now and they said to wait until end of august or mid september. i don't know what i need to do. i'm getting temp to just do outland. but still you know i alread waited. so if i get my AIP in september, how long am i looking in here? for my PR? one more thing. i applied for a refugee and i want to withdraw that as well.
