i read that you were asked for a CENOMAR for additional documents correct? when you got that request, did they specifically ask for a CENOMAR? or was it written "Advisory on Marriage"? kase when we submitted our application to cpc-m kasama naman yung cenomar sa application namin. kaso kahapon i got a letter from the embassy asking for my passport and an advisory on marriage. kala ko yun na yung cenomar. maybe they just didn't see it? or are they asking for more? i'm a little confused...

hey there jeans22, the letter that i received says, Certificate of "No record of previous marriage"(CENOMAR) issued by the NSO...as i understand well correct if im wrong cenomar is valid for 6 months only maybe thats why they're asking for another CENOMAR.

also i received letter from embassy again asking for additional documentary evidence original or certified... as far as i understand  its like bank joint account, joint ownership of possessions, property title...can i ask you guys a favor to give me other examples of those documentary evidence? thank you and God bless us all!

hi embopj! thank you for the reply by the way the letter says, additional documentary evidence of your conjugal relationship such as joint membership in associations, documentation from established institutions recognizing you and your sponsor as a couple, joint ownership of possessions, joint mortgage/loan, property tile, joint bank account etc...so what do you think?btw im from bulacan kaw ba?

nga punta na ba siya d2? and san kayo nga stay? kung nga rental kayo, puwede kayo humingi ng letter from tenant stating ur name and ur partner name, puwede rin yong hotel receipt basta name mo and name ng partner mo na ka indicate. or boarding pass kung may travel kayo. puwede rin yon.

ung nga din naiisip ko pagawa ako ng lease contract dito sa apartment...nasubmit na nmin yung joint account certificate, boarding pass, pati etiket. ano pa ab pwede?

embopj, why do you need a lawyer?

i've read something about contacting a Member of Parliament (MP) if you haven't heard from the embassy for more than 6 months. I'm not really familiar with it but research and give it a try.. it might help, right?
