1. Kasi, meron kayong representative di ba? Nung hiningi na ng IO yung passport, dumating ba sa inyo thru email or snail mail? sumulat lawyer ko sa embasy to send my passport with visa  sa address ko sa pinas, and during the interview sinabi ko na rin sa address ko pinas ipadala.

2. Or sa inyo po ba diretso dumating yung email or passport letter request or pinapadala pa sa inyong representative?

3. Tinanong ba sila sa IO kung anong gagawin ninyo if e deny yung application nyo? Ano naman ang sagot mo?hindi na tinanong kung deny  but incase itanong sa inyo ang answer we will reapply or re-appeal 

4. Dahil sa laki ng agwat ng inyong edad, 31 at 65, nagawa bang itanong ng IO ang tungkol sa inyong edad? Ano naman ang sagot ninyo? good evening every one good evening las vegas.. I do believed that the children is our future.. hehehe ans: as far as I know in Canada their is no Age, sexual, culture or religion discrimination then bla bla na....

Ok I just read more of the thread, sorry   Do you guys know when the Red passport started? My guy was an OFW and got a new passport in late 2009. Thanks!

I looked it up in Wikipedia and it wasn't very helpful:   

Official (red)
An official passport is issued to members of the Philippine government for use on official business, as well as employees of Philippine diplomatic posts abroad who are not members of the diplomatic service. It is the second of two passports issued to the President and the Presidential family. As such, this passport does not extend the privilege of diplomatic immunity. Government officials are prohibited from using official passports for non-official business, and as such also have regular passports. This passport has a red cover.

RED passport or color maroon yon ns yon basta yong lates ng DFA na red-maroon yon na yon LOL

Thanks for ur reply. Ang problem ko kasi, di pa dumating ung PPR ko. Nalilito kami kong sa representative ba sa Canada ipadala yun or ditto ba sa akin sa Pinas. Sa case nyo po ba, sa inyo po ba natanggap ung PPR? Medyo matagal ko na din siyang inantay eh.

your representative must write a letter to the Canadian Embassy - Manila to release your passport to your local address. If that's your preferred other wise they will send it to your representative and your representative will be the one send it to your local address .

hi guyz,, ask ko lang kung possible ba na maiapply ko ng common law partner ang gf ko from phils kasi f2f kme as in female to female? im here at canada for 1 yr na so iniicp ko kung pede ba sya as common law partner ko..possible kaya na maapprove sya kht hindi legal sa phils ang same sex?

Hi,

As long as you have proofs that you have been living together for at least a year, then you can go for common law. As you are in Canada already, why not get married with her as it is legal there. The VO might still have questions playing in his brains if you go for common law even if you are legally capable of marrying your partner. Although, marriage isnt mandatory but it is faster and easier than filing for a common law route.

did u declare her sa application mo when u went there na common-law kayo? If not kailangan kasi nagsama kayo ng 1 year if not u can opt for conjugal partnership.

Are you applying for conjugal relationship. It would be nice to know ur updates too. The spousal visa really has the quickest process. So many have been approved already.

Yup I'm applying through conjugal too pero not same sex it's just that i was previously married and I'm not annuled yet and i got denied tourist visa twice. I applied CIC got my app Sept 2 my passport has been with them since dec 27, havent heard anything from CEM after that.

application received pa din nwala address ko nung january 27 till now wala pa din balita. Nag-order na nga kami ng CAIPS notes
