From what I've been reading this is what I've figured out...

Go over on 1 year IEC to Alberta
Get job in their semi skilled worker class
Get employer to put me up for provincial nomination
Obtain PR

OR

Go over on 1 year IEC to Alberta
Get job in NOC class B, or work my way to to NOC class B
Apply for LMO
After 2 years work experience in class B job apply in Canadian Experience Class


Am I right on this? It can be a bit hard to understand! Can I apply for Provincial Nominee while already in Canada? Would I have to leave the country at all?
